Went to this KFC this afternoon.I ordered a 2 piece original dark meat and a 3 piece bucket white meat original.The 3 piece was 2 thighs and a drub stick.Both of our order were dripping with grease.The only good item was the coleslaw.NEVER AGAIN.Their menu has change over the years, not for the better

Seems like every time I go it's a mess. I understand being under staffed but they were switching workers during my order taking in the drive through and then forgot a whole meal I ordered. I tried calling back after I got home and realized it but no one ever answers. Now this isn't the first time they have forgotten part of my order. I may have to drive farther to a different location to get better results

If I could put zero stars I would because they don’t even deserve one star. The drive through worker was very impatient and was rushing me to order. She also kept putting random things instead of telling me it was out of stock. She was acting as if she didn’t have time for the customer even tho it was an empty drive through and it was empty in the store. Also when I was paying the machine wasn’t working and she was giving me attitude because she was mad that it wasn’t working when it isn’t my fault that their machine isn’t working. She started being aggressive and started cussing at me after I told her to let me tap my card. Her manger started whispering to her to be quiet and when I asked for her name she started cussing at me. After I asked her manger for the name she said I can’t give out names then later on told me her name after I refused to leave until I got it. The worker who was being impatient and rude was named Sara. I had to repeat what sauce I wanted twice and she still got the order wrong.Please hire people who are patient and respectful to their customers because the manger didn’t even apologize after her coworker acted this way towards me.

Took 30 minute to get my order. Items were missing. Good thing I checked before leaving. The guy maid up an excuse of oh we tuck it out too early wait five more minutes. Others kept getting their order and I waited while my food got cold. Asked for the manager and they just gave me my food instead. I asked for her again and she came out yelling I’m sorry and just went back inside. Definitely calling corporate.

Past few visits seems like they never have anything... no extra crispy, and a 20min wait for wings ... smh and they are rude... will not be coming back here ... I'll be going to Popeyes from now on

Ordered the 16 piece meal of crunchy strips. What I came home with was original recipe chicken parts and sauces for the strips. None of us even like the original recipe. And the store does not answer the phone.

Just go to Popeyes.. they don't know the difference between original and extra crispy.. have been there a few times for some extra crispy but it seems they do not have it on the menu anymore.. after I got home and found that I received original instead of my order of extra crispy I called the store and was told to call the manager back in 20 minutes..I asked for the managers name and they hung up..I called back 20 minutes later to discuss some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and the Manager Isabella if that was her real name..offered for me to bring the chicken back and she'll make me some extra crispy, kfc is not close to my house it would have been a real inconvenience and waste of time to go back and it was already late.the kids gotta eat.i explained to her I am not going to drive back. I used to Manage a KFC many years ago and we offered coupons and sent them out when things like this happened.its a very big inconvenience to have someone drive back with chicken.i'm sure they still also get secret shoppers too that complain like this and they are recorded but I was not one of them.. she began to agree with me when I asked for her Area managers name and she would not give it to me. I asked which franchise company this is and she said she did not know.. horrible service..I also did not get a receipt probably so I can't take the survey on the back..but I got a 12 piece family meal with corn because they didn't have Mac & cheese mash and coleslaw and an extra side of grave on 2.25.22 around 6:15pm. I do not see KFC being open in the next 10 years.. it's best to get your chicken from Jollibee, Popeyes or the grocery store.. rant over.. Popeyes is awesome! Jollibee is FIRE!

Poor service waited in the drive thru for about an hour. Got to the box to order and was told it would be awhile. Had enough no one in front of me decided no chicken tonight drove right by the window and didn't see anyone working inside.

The manager deserves a 0 star but I'm forced to give her 1. We go there multiple times a week and substitute items but she says it's not allowed. clearly it is allowed if the other supervisors are allowed to do it. I was also not given the receipt to see how much my total was most likely so Iwouldn't do the survey on the back. That's ok I have a receipt at home to do the survey. The location outside was dirty with trash in the drive thru. Don't go to this location. It's terrible. Always under staffed as well.

Constant rude and rushed service. Food luke warm. You can sense they just dont care anymore or even try to hide it. They never give you a receipt if your in the drive-thru i assume so you cant call back if there are any issues. This is the last opportunity i gave them. Popeyes from now on.
