it’s really a hit or miss with this kfc. they’re always forgetting items and theres horrible service .
The Food was hot ,fresh and tasty ??. Didn't have to wait long for my order. Great Service and courteous employees. Friendly ? Smiles ?
Its 7:40pm on a Sunday currently. We were waiting in the drive tru and when it was our turn to order they just turned off the lights of the menu and said in the intercom they were closed for the rest of the night.Why do they have us waiting and then just vlose early. Their hours say they close until 9pm.
I love KFC chicken it is delicious and the sides are pretty good too, we went to this particular restaurant because it was close to my daughters house all of the employees were very very nice but the service was terrible it did not seem like they had very knowledgeable employees I’m sure most of them were pretty new that is why I only gave them three stars. Eat local, shop local,buy local, spend local.
Lately their original recipe is so tasty and more crisp.Drive through lady maintained a positive and friendly attitude despite the long drive through line there were 8 carsahead of me, wait wasnt long all. I did not get her name. It was Halloween night.
I went to two different KFC one was out of chicken and the other the computer was down neither on err put a sign out they made us wait. Before telling us the problem I will never go back
Horrible service!! Went to the drive thru the employee had a horrible attitude overcharged me. Was a really unpleasant experience. Chicken was horrible!! Sad how people don’t want to work anymore, stay home if you don’t want to work.
Terrible to say the least. A chicken restaurant that ran out of chicken.
Wow worse KFC ever. Employees and manager are rude. Waited in line for 20 minutes and once I got my order I pulled out so I wouldn't cause to much if a back up. When I checked my order they didn't put everything in the bag. When i went to the front door to let them know i was missing food they told me that if i wanted it i would have to wait in a 20 to 30 minute line to get it. Worst KFC.
Front end customer service needs coaching. But, other than that excellent job.
