The food at this KFC is absolutely delicious. Granted it is a little pricey, so I can only afford to eat here about once a month. The taste, customer service and portion size more then makes up for the cost. I am just poor....you can not have a steak tastebuds on a ground beef budget. Enough said.... a must try if your around the area and craving a very good chicken dinner.
Great service the other night bought my family dinner. They don't have in store ordering. But, the drive thru wasn't to bad a experience. Sometimes you get outages one time no honey another no extra crispy. One time they shorted me a gravy. All these I can forgive by the service I received on my last visit. Can't wait till all the construction is completed at Arlington and Van Buren location. My gratitude to Stater Bros for the upgrade. Looking forward to shopping and dining at new center. They take FOREVER to hand you your order. If you pre-order you might as well go through the drive-thru to pick it up because they lock the doors early.
I Love KFC!But they were acting rushed with no one in the drive through… my food was cold…If you going on a road trip don’t use the drive through…I’ll give them a second chance …I go there often 3-4 times a mnth…
I thought giving this location a second chance would have changed my mindset but after today I will no longer set foot at this location. After hearing the cashier repeat my order three times how do they still get wrong? Not to mention the profanity spoken in front of my granddaughter. I will continue to support KFC but it won't be at the Van Buren location.
I can't believe how terrible the service was tonight at this KFC I ordered a 16-piece family meal mashed potatoes gravy coleslaw corn and french fries they didn't give me any mashed potatoes and gravy they gave me green beans and they ordered the soda I ordered the soda bag and that was flat and tasted terrible I called to talk to somebody about it and nobody answers the phone there and to top it off they didn't even give me a receipt I can't believe how bad the service was and I spent over $50 there I definitely need some compensation if I could give the no stars that's what I would do tonight.
I recommend that you never go to this place ... the customer service is horrible and they did not give me my full order of chicken and the phone did not answer it to make a claim ?? and they did not do anything with the order that they made me miss pieces ?? ??????????????????????
They were out of side dishes and still charged the same price of the meal and only got a 8 piece chicken n 4 biscuits.
The girl that works there needs to chill the heck out when taking orders. Sounding mad as heck when you're ordering. Then you pull up to the window and has your order wrong and gets mad trying to correct it. Drop my change on the floor and hands me change and then hands me my food and drinks... Order had wrong items. If you don't like your job don't work there!
