Made a pair of really nasty Melon Madness drinks and was told they would remake them. Brought them in and asked if they could make something else since the drinks were really bad. Asked for an Ever Green instead since it is the same price but their boss over the phone, since they can't be here to make sure the drinks aren't nasty, said they couldn't do that. It's the same price and it was made nasty so why can't I change the drink to make sure it isn't bad again? I won't be coming back I think to this location. Bad customer service.

I Was Going Here Multiple Times A Week & Ordering The Same Smoothie Everytime. It's A Summertime Edition One But They Have The Ingredients All Year Long. They Always Made It Without Problems. Now The Last Two Weeks I Go In & Ask For It, The Girl Just Says They Have No Orange Juice. It Seems Like She Just Doesn't Want To Make My Drink Because It's Always Her There When I Order. Just go somewhere else. Honestly.Ordered a smoothie in September. The smoothie had more than 4 pieces of hair in it. I called the store the immediately and was “promised” a time efficient resolution. Today is the 13th of October. Not only has an entire month passed, and after numerous times reaching out I have yet to actually speak with the Juice it up store manager. This franchise needs a swift hand of action from corporate. Simple refund/ exchange has deliberately stretched to a month long process, and I don’t even live in the same city as the juice it up location. The fruits and vegetables aren’t even fresh most of the time anyway. The fruits and vegetables are either frozen juice packs or taste spoiled 99% of the time I have ordered from this location
