Customer service was really bad, the girls were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to work. I also paid for a large açaí bowl but basically ended up getting a small cause they don’t fill it up. This isn’t the first time it happens, so disappointing never coming back here again.
great costumer service got me in and out. staff was really nice and this young lady “destinie” made an amazing bowl and was very polite. 5/5 will be coming back
Worst location I’ve been at, terrible customer service I work with customer service and understand how people should be treated and they did not provide good customer service will not be coming back !

The staff there doesn't seem very friendly. The juice is good.
10/20/21 1pm My visiting granddaughter usually goes to Jamba Juice, but none near us so we tried here, VERY disappointed, when we came in girl at the counter didn’t even acknowledge us and the girl in the back finally came out and seemed irritated she had to work, and when our drinks were ready they just set the on the counter with no thank you anything so I kept the tip I was going to leave and the drinks were terrible my was very thin and watery and my granddaughter’s was very pale mango with no taste, and we were the only customers in the store, no excuse for this kind of service or product!
Understaffed! They take FOREVER to get orders out. One of the workers looked very underwhelmed, while the other was hustling. The smoothies are not worth the wait. I remember why I never come here. Lol.
This location sucks! I pickup as a customer AND a driver and my customers themselves are complaining. As a customer - they never make the bowls correctly / proportionally. I asked for banana & strawberry, they only added 2 slices! Forgot my 3 shots and the place was a mess.
I Don't Recommend This Juice It Up. The Service Is Really Terrible. And The Drinks Were Made Wrong. I Told Them It Wasn't Right But They Said That They Made It How It's Suppose To Be. The Photo Shows Two Mighty C Shoots Yet One Looks Green And The Other Pink Like It's Suppose To.
Came in 07-18-2021 at 12:30. Very rude. They don’t acknowledge customers. I literally stood by the register for 7mins without them saying hello, welcome, ect . The floor was flooded with water.. Inside was extremely hot. Completely not a goid work environment. Management needs yo do better with the appearance of the store,,. AND my drink was horrible,. Never again
