The lady taking our order was really nice and fantastic service, she had a sparkly mask on. However when we walked out, the employees decided to blast their music up so loud that even my brother looked at me then we both looked back at the employees.
They make the smoothies there too watery, it has no flavor. ? The van buren and lake Elsinore location is better.

Drinks are good. Customer service is TRASH. Very disappointing for my first interaction. The employees are stand offish and not engaging. They move at the speed of turtles. We placed our order and the girl didn’t start making it till 6-7 mins later after coming from the back being on her phone. I spoke to the young man on the register before I began my order. Do you think he bothered to speak back? No. & the girl making the drinks seemed like she didn’t want to be there. This location needs to do better.
Everything in this Juice it up is absolutely delicious! This store is super clean and the customer service is the best in all of the inland empire. For the freshest juices and other products this juice it up is a most visite you won't be disappointed.
I tried a new drink and didn't like it. They were so kind to whip me up my classic! I'll stick to what I know! Try the acai bowl, it's worth a tip!
I’ve been meaning to give this place an awesome review for at least a month now! Create your own smoothie/juice has been beneficial to me and my health ,I have to add a lot of beets, it’s a time consuming drink, & lots of new people ,however they get it done for me! I wait patiently in my car until someone brings it out to my car! thank you very much for your service! On top of that I get another time consuming Açaí berry bowl! with lots of delicious toppings! The managers name is very much just like mine, so I appreciate always seeing her name on her Name badge , it looks very much like mine! “J” ❤️??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I always enjoy the family friendly ,environment and great customer service!For namesake I always ask for the manager that has my name! This place has fresh ingredients and excellent service. I drive 20 mins to go to this location specifically.
Waited in the store for 30 minutes for them to say their ice machine was broken. When we asked for a refund, the employees said that the owner did not give refunds or store credit. So we had to wait another 20 minutes until they could fix it. The poor employees were stressed because several people were upset that they couldn't get refunded or even get store credit. Pretty ridiculous "policy" the owner has, probably not going back here again
