That was one of the nastiest chicken I've ever had in my whole life. Which is something I wouldn't expect from juan pollo since I've had it in the past. It was surely not the juan pollo I've had before. It seems like the chicken was recooked from the previous day it was extremely dry and burnt to the bone on the edges so much i had a hard time telling the bones from the chicken since it was so dry. Plus I notice like partS of the whole chicken were missing that was not 2 whole chickens and once again I know that is not juan pollo because I've had it in the past. That was obviously 1badly recooked n burnt chicken split into 2 plates to make it seem like it was 2 whole chickens. Worst experience ever. The customers service there also reflected the quality of its Rotisserie chicken. If it helps anyone please check your chicken before you leave the restaurant to avoid getting S*#% for what ur paying for. I never do reviews but this time I had to take my time to! ⚠️ you guys about this specific location n franchise. I Wish I would of read the reviews for this specific location before going here. Don't go here to the Riverside Magnolia location go to any other Juan pollo with better reviews because yes it is supposed to be good. This place its just bad owner service trying to handle a franchise food service that is supposed to be good.

Almost every single bite of our burrito and tacos had a bone in it. I don't understand if the guy making the food was terribly inexperienced or was rushing because they were short staffed? I was going to give my child a taco but I had to take it apart to get the bones out. Pretty LAME for an established franchise.

Yes, their prices went up. Who's hasn't? But if all you have is $10 in your pocket then THIS is the place to go.....and it's good! The hotter salsa is the better of the two they offer. I prefer hot n spicy!Parking is easy. Booth seating. Endless fountain drinks. Get the 3 soft tacos! That's my favorite! ❤ More than enough for lunch. Maybe even enough for 2 if you like to share.Highly recommended.
Went to Juan pollo tog get some chicken a mini pack paid $30.00 and called them up and all they can say sometimes it comes out that and you see it and still give it to a customer wow and I was thinking about using it for a party of about 60 people in a week but not now it was not about the the chicken it's the way they handle it
