Scammy. You pay the price based on the expected standard, however once you get in there, half of the games don't work and they don't have signs indicating they're out of order because the staff doesn't care enough to prevent the next kid from spending their credits on it. I guess they feel it makes more sense to just be continuously tied up with tending to customers who keep trying to access these machines and now need a credit refund (good luck with that btw, they will make you waste significant time waiting) instead of simply putting a sign on the machine and getting back 40% of their staff's labor. Key attractions like bumper cars never work, you're stuck with whatever games end up working that day. If that swing ride in the middle was operating, I wouldn't trust it seeing how little they care about quality control.Food is terrible, half of the trays are missing and the rest is dried out, not actively managed so it's been sitting most of the day. Staff was all rude except one lady up front. You can tell the people serving food at the buffet hate their jobs, their just carelessly tossing food out with an unapproachable look on their face lol-DISHES ARE DIRTY. Make sure you check every plate, glass and fork before you use or bring your own sanitation-Straw machines were both broken-Sanitizer pumps all broken-Icee machines squirted nasty old liquid out the side onto my sonAll I overheard at the customer counter were guests talking about endlessly waiting trying to get on a ride but no attendant shows up, credit refunds etc. It seems like everyone who comes here is trying to just have a decent experience but the careless staff makes it very hard*Update- just saw the roller coaster accident. Man, just avoid this place...
Staff were so kind and helpful, ok now let's talk food ... I'm going to be HONEST- I went in expecting mediocre food...not expecting much...well I was wowed! Ok the number one place buffet style places fail is the salad bar...greens get wilted...or are drenched in water toppings grow stale...that WAS NOT THE CASE HERE! People EVERYTHING WAS FRESH AND CRISP it was DELICIOUS-CLEAN-ORGANIZED they have everything divided into stations pizza,pasta,desserts even a little area for alcohol. Everything was hands down good. The theme rooms were clean with plenty of room to sit. Bathrooms well stocked clean and easy to find.Now lets talk games-- good selection,some games were out of order but it's expected. From Bumper carts, to hockey tables, a little area for toddlers complete with a slide,mini twirl cups and a very impressive theme park twirling ride and a gentle frog drop ride...our family had an awesome time. So much better than that place with a dancing rat...you know which one ? Satisfied.

I've been here several times, it's always a great place to take your family. this time around a lot of the games we're not working. Some of the ones that were working, weren't paying out any tickets. the staff however was phenomenal!!! I still recommend this place for family fun. The 3 stars is because there were way too many games that were not functioning on this particular visit
I don't even know where to start. The food was sparse PLUS this place is supposed to be for kids and they didn't even have chicken nuggets or fries! The ice cream machine broke down and the mats by the drink station were so sticky that my sandal stuck to it and came off my foot! Then a lot of the games my kids wanted to play were out of order and some of them we didn't know it didn't work properly until after we swiped our play card and it took our points. Idk, it was not the best and idk if I would go again.
Had a great Birthday party for 2 grandkids. Lots of Fun an games plus rides! Great time had by All.
Where should I start. The buffet was like at 40%, when I say that they didn't even have many pizzas out or much selection of pizza like before. I'm Sorry for management because they are very under staff here. I'm sorry but I've been here a few times over the years and this is the first time this place has let me down with the rides and arcades mostly falling apart, broken, and just not the place I would like my kids to remember. I'm sorry but I don't think I will be returning any more. Grabbed a few pics of the games that don't work, broken or out of order.
This was my first time at Johns Incredible Pizza and I am hooked. For the price, the food is pretty good. It's an all you can eat buffet style joint for $11.99 between 11am-2pm, don't expect the Midas touch. The pizza is good, pasta is alright, salad bar is great, fried chicken good and the desserts are fantastic. That's just the food! They also have rides for children, arcade games and a ticket redemption spot for decent prizes. Overall, I found myself having a GREAT return on investment!
Rosendo is an amazing Manager, the whole team is Great ? honestly, although the place had few games to play bcuz they are under maintenance at the moment they made sure everyone there went home with a gift which I can appreciate them for that....Food was Awesome as always!! Thank You Guy's My family had fun and we will definitely be returning soon.
If I could zero stars I would. This place is a hot mess. Let me start out by saying our family of five spent $160.Use the buffet with caution. Trying to find a clean plate and silverware was a challenge. We were there at 4pm on a Monday and there were slim pickings. They only had 4 different kinds of pizza available. Most of the items were gone, and no one was replenishing them.Now the "arcade". It was so disappointing. At least 60% of the games were not working. A lot of them looked like they worked, and then you swiped your card, used your credits and the game didn't work. Laser tag and bowling were not working either. It was such a waste of money. The few rides that were working, didn't have anyone working them, so after hunting someone down and asking we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to come help. There should be a sign before you spend the money stating what's out of order, so you don't feel duped after paying a small fortune.This was our first trip here, for our son's 8th birthday and we were all so disappointed. The staff all seemed absolutely miserable, and I don't blame them. We will not be back, and when recommending places for our children's friends and group activities, this will be on the list of "don't even bother". This place looks like it's on the verge of being condemned. And whomever did the photography for the website, deserves an award. It looks nothing like that in person.
