The employees here are always great. The food is always fresh. I don’t always eat-out for lunch but when I do, I come here.
Came in today just a few minutes before 3 PM for lunch.I wanted to pay in cash but was told I can only pay with a card. I said “OK that’s fine, I’ll pay with a card.”Cashier says yeah because we are shutting down the registers and closing the store at 3 PM. Other folks were in their dining. i.e. making money for the company. She tells me that she can still serve me though if I pay with a card. I said OK and was about to order, then I said “it’s still OK if I can eat in here real quick though right?“ She says “no because we are shutting down the lobby, we need to clean up.”I’m not really too into eating in my car or at my desk at work, so I just said that’s fine I’ll head over to Jersey Mike’s. Not a good way to do business! As I’m writing this there are still people in they’re eating. I could’ve been half done already. Very disappointed.
The sandwiches are better than Subway by a long shot!! After eating here I’ll never go back to that other place.

Came in on 2/3/22 at 11:25. I ordered a couple sandwiches. I asked if i could have a bag and napkins. She said “Get it yourself.” Rude service.
The food is usually ready for pickup quickly. I do order kind of sparatic in the moment. Sandwiches are good and the staff has always been friendly.

First time trying Jimmy John's. Food was great! Nice staff, nice decor and very clean. Two thumbs way up!!
Had an issue with my order recently. The manager who I spoke to about it was friendly and understanding. She was kind enough to redo my order and have it delivered the next day at my request. Driver who dropped it off was friendly and on time. Great customer service! Will be ordering from here again.
Great service and food and prices and you can't even read the news paper like you can at SUBWAYS SEE THRU MEAT .
