I called ahead for a pick up of one sandwich, but still waiting 20mins after I got there! When I asked for a side of oil and vinegar, I was given Bad attitude from the employee! I tried to call after I left to make a complaint to the manager, but the phone call was disconnected. I tried 2 more times but when I asked for a manager they just hung up.......3 times!!!Apparently there just giving jobs away to anyone who doesn't care about customer service ?

Usually come here and get great service! Today there was obviously someone new who took my order, that is fine. But the other one who was there was not to cool when I asked a question. Very snappy and u professional. She was not friendly at all. Not a good example to the new employee at all.
Always great coming to Jimmy John's! The bread had a crunchy outside and soft inside... Just the way I like it! The staff greeted us when we entered and where friendly. Everything was fast and the restrooms were clean. Great experience.
Love this place, been ordering from here since I moved to Riverside 11 months ago. Today was my first I store visiting and dining experience, get food great staff.
The sandwiches are just so so I only ordered again because I got a free sandwich the first time and decided to use it to get lunch on my break. Only giving four stars because while the delivery guy cut it close, he forgot to give me my drink but made the time to drive back and leave it for me to pick up when I got back from lunch so I appreciate that.
I enjoy jimmy John's. Not much to say, my wife had ordered it when I was on my way back and it was ready by the time I got there to pick it up. Probably had it ready in less than 10 minutes. Jimmy John's is very fast, and delicious. The guy that was working there I spoke with briefly was nice and friendly.Just note the main entrance is behind the building.
Major FAIL1:25 PM Sunday - Ordered 4 Combo's The order arrived an hour and one half later, short one sandwich. I called the store and he offered to send one out - but not for at least another 1 1/2 hours -- "..we're really busy..." I asked for a credit to my CC. Nope, can't do that. I can give you a store credit. I guess I'll need to see how AMEX feels about that. (Why would I want a store credit to a store I'll likely not be patronizing again?)Extremely disappointed in the service, the attitude and the inflexibility of this group. Times are pretty good right now so I guess they won't miss my business since they are so busy.
Good Food. Must see there Restroom nice and Clean.
Decent tasting food. A little pricey for what u get l.. jersey Mike's is way worth the cost it is sooo fresh u actually see them produce ur order in front of me at jersey Mike's but not here the roast beef seemed like it was pre cut an not tasty.. and skimpy on the amt.not returning wasn't not happy with my order.going BK to jersey Mike's.
