I waited in line for 13 min just to get told they ran out of strawberries they didn’t have the sausage egg and cheese sandwich or the turkey sausage wrap so basically they didn’t have anything I wanted I would never had waited in line that long if I knew they ran out of that they should have a sign up stating everything on the menu they ran out of so people don’t waste their time
In this location, there's an employee named Briza and she's so amazing! She always makes the best oatmeal in the mornings! Her customer service is top tier, wayyy better than the previous manager that used to run the store.
Bad customer service .. came here with my kiddos to get some smoothies. ... asked the guy with the tattoos and ear stretcher plugs about the smoothie boosters and he had like a attitude ? .. .. like image is important in a job place . Cover ur tattoos and take off those ear plugs . So unprofessional here
The smoothie and service were both great when I went. Which surprised me considering how many bad reviews this location has.There was ample of parking cause it's in a huge shopping center. Also, if not from the area and you are trying to locate this place from the street, it's clearly visible as you approach.
My daughter just bought two small white gummy drinks . Got home and they found plastic pieces inside the drinks. I call but no one answered the phone, call corporate but had no luck. Why isn’t anyone inspecting the equipment to ensure the safety of their customers.

Went today they totally ignored me and then a few mins later they say they will get to me soon I then waited a few mins when I was the only customer there. I was looking @ the paper on the register telling the customers what they are out of i didn’t see cold foam on there if I would have known they were out of cold foam I wouldn’t of ordered the new matcha cold foam. When he gave me the order I asked where’s the cold foam he said they didn’t have any I wish I was told this before I ordered it! now I just a matcha green tea that I don’t want and I spent over 20$ on my order! I’m so disappointed the drinks taste like water!!
Terrible service. After I order. They tell me they're out of lids and some of the ingredients. Then they proceed to laugh when I tell them it might of been nice to know before hand. These are obviously kids who don't have any customer service or common courtesy. Hire better people.
When I walked in the weird chemical smell was overwhelming. They were about 45 minutes from closing and the employees seemed put out to help who was there. We waited about 15 minutes for 2 smoothies with no one ahead of us.
This place is bad. They don't maintain their inventory. Often they don't have napkins. Don't have large cups or medium or small. Their manager on Saturday morning takes off and leaves the newbie Halia to tend the entire operation. Halia is unable to juice. Struggles to get me a refund. Now I have to return later in the day to ensure I was refunded for my orders. This is on top of the 25 minutes waiting for my smoothie and juice that I didn't get. These management issues are often and endemic. Wasted so much time coming here. I won't patronize it any longer.
