This place needs help very rude & never get there orders right ..Theres never any shakes the food is sometimes not cooked they close early...never again going there!
Went to have a dry ultimate cheese burger and mini taco's the food was good and the person taking my order great! Except the lady giving out the food she really needs help in customer service and being tentative she tried giving me a whopping whole 2 hot sauce packs that where in the little clear container I asked for hot sauce and was told it's right there instead of looking I politely asked again for more hot sauce and she started to look at me funny then look down at the empty sauce container and with disbelief she angrily stormed off to get more like I was being bother some. Great way to keep customers returning. I feel that these mega corporations don't care and it shows in their employees. Management needs to remind their employees that they represent the face of the company leave your attitude at home we as customers don't want to deal with it! I hope some upper management in the corporation reads this and addresses the issue.
Chemically taste in the soda. Not sure if they are using chlorinated tap water or not rinsing it well enough after cleaning. I'm guessing the former.3 stars because the food was decent.
It has been my go-to for breakfast because I'm always on a go and never have time to make breakfast. They are always hot and ready
I have to say after the previous disaster last week, the UPPER management stepped in personally to contact myself and remedy the situation. This visit was 100% better, totally satisfied with my order and the new sourdough burger is delicious ?
Service was slow, employees grabbing chicken nuggets from fryer and eating them, the cook complaining about the dining area being open so she couldn't keep up, and the manager has no control of the operation! Poor poor!
Real good service got what I ordered personal was very helpful.
Closed at 6pm on a Wednesday evening. Just give that location to a different restaurant already. Let a McDonald's move in
Was very disappointed. They were refusing our business. Due to lack of staff.There only 1 employee in the restaurant. And refused to serve any one until more staff shows up.This restaurant is supposed to be open 24/7.
Sad they are not able to do the 24hours due to staffing shortage. Food was good time in dri e through was not to lengthy. Girl at the window was very helpful.
