It was 3 of us in the vehicle that we tried to make some orders for ourselves. We are deaf and we cannot speak. So, we approached to the drive thru with some workers. We gave a note of the lists that we want to order. Yes, we are aware that we build some lines behind us because we couldn’t make a order through the speakers. I asked the cashier do they want me to move to the parking lot and wait for my food. We received no responses from them. But then, the manager approached to me and said “next time you come inside to get order not through the drive thru okay?”. He walked off and ripped the paper off. This is very unprofessional and uncomfortable. This is not the best way to solve the situation. We live in obstacles everyday.The manager man works there during between 11:45 AM to noon on Sunday, April 10th.
Some of the girls their are rude don't say thank you theirs some of the younger girls who are nice but most are rude that includes the older women the guys the ones at night that worked their the longest are nice but the new people are horrible they allways for get my order n I asked for some condiment and they always forget it can't stand it !!!!! Allways have some kind of issue
Omgoodness ??if you haven't tried JB's fish sandwich you are missing out on something here....my husband doesn't like eating fast food but after trying the new fish sandwich and tiny tacos he's hooked
They use too much sauce at these places. And who has to ask for syrup for pancakes?
Sausage Croissant with regular bread ?where is the croissant manager threw burger in the trash and took it out and charged me for drinks and hash brown ? 14 and some change instead refund main manager called then full refund
Like any other Jack in the box a slow service clean place high prices nothing is cheaper anymore and this places
Worst Jack in the box ever been too. I had to go the register 3-4 times because they got my order wrong and they seems mad about like if you made my order right I wouldn’t go up so many times not to mention it’s literally homeless friendly. Don’t recommend!
Food was good but I always seem to be missing something with order or is cold. Today they could not even find my order again

Night shift employees seem like they don't wanna be there. Ice cream machine doesn't work, or they forget to give you your drinks, or they're just joking around talking to eachother and ignore you. They're lucky taco bell had a long line late at night.
