Says it’s open, lights where on, cars were outside but no one answered the drive thru, passed by the paying window and saw they were hiding to not do there jobs. Will never go there again!!!
Came in for a quick lunch. Walked in and had to wait quite a while to put in order. The girl was mainly focused on the drive thru . Food was prepared quick and was good. There wasn't one clean table in the place and I was the only walk in customer at 12:35 pm. I went in the restroom and it was filthy. Not only dirty but graffiti all over the inside if the door. Obviously they do not take pride in the appearance of their establishment. Next time I will find an In-N-Out.
99% off the time I come here they never have tacos. Today I went though the drive-through was close for 30 minutes to upgrade the register which is fine but they didn’t bother putting a note at the speaker box to let you know so you don’t have to wait there.
I love it so much I got gift cards for xmas kinda chubby of me but they have good stuff like salads chicken pita pockets and rice broccoli bowls and curly fries go with everything.Also ask for your drink with no ice they come out cold and you get more !!
Went to the drive thru and was to told to hold on... 8 minutes later I reversed and walked inside the manager and the fryer girl were having a personal conversation. They both saw me and continued talking and laughing. I stood there for 5mins and walked away when yhe manager walked towards the back. Rude and unprofessional staff.
Friendly and fast but always running out of menu items. They were actually out of coke today.
This is always a pretty good Jack. Food usually consistently good. Today it was great. BUT, this day the mens restroom was nasty. They "saaayyy" they "check it every hour". That's not true. If they did, it wouldn't have been without toilet seat covers, paper towels, soap, and stinky. I just think the custodial person on the schedule needs to be checked up on or micro managed for a while. On the + side, The help is always great and friendly.
They run out of stuff all the time. They forget items often and the food is bad quality half the time. It's pretty frustrating since is the one by my house. Right now they have damage to the front pillar because someone crashed into it.
