This jack in the box is horrible!! Not the 1st time I've been here and had a problem. There's a $5.99 popcorn chicken combo that includes a drink and fries and when I ordered it the girl was charging me for the big box $7.99. I kept telling her I wanted the $5.99 combo and she kept telling me it was $7.99 I told her forget it after going over and over it with her. I don't understand there's a picture right on the front window of the place and its advertising all over tv this is ridiculous. I will never go there again!!
Its 7:40 and the inside dining is locked. I went through the drive through and asked what time does the inside dinning close? It clearly says closes at 10pm on the door. She then avoided the question after i asked 3 times. And failed to take my order. I just wanted a water cup and a couple tacos... now im stuck in a drive through line. I will not be returning here.
Jack in the Box is always GREAT for a quick family meal at a nice price. Their burgers, shakes and tacos are always good. The breakfasts are good also.
This used to be my son's favorite jack in the Box until he found a bug at the bottom of his fries. They were very rude when we asked for a refund, but there's no way he was going to eat the rest of his food. They did not refund anything g he had taken a bite of, including the fries. We did get refunded for the burger. There should never be bugs in your food! Disgusting.
Terrible place. They need to be trained for customer service they take long to take orders or if u missing napkins or sauce they take so long.... They walk back and forth while we are standing in for our order to be taken while they chat, look in their phones, use the restroom... Also gloves should be used in the back kitchen and so is the hair net and if you scratch your head I expect them to wash your hands or wear new gloves for sanitary reason I just find it gross. Entire staff needs better training.
First time in this Jack in the box and last time I will go. I have always had good service in all the Jack in the box restaurant I’ve been to except for this one. I didn’t know they can’t give me buttermilk ranch for breakfast orders which I bought 3 meal’s with drinks and large curly fries (which I love curly fries with buttermilk). The lady said we don’t give buttermilk for breakfast I asked politely but she said we don’t do that. Then she gives me my drinks which I clearly repeated at the speaker Large and they give me small. I said I ordered large and she said well she charged for small. I was ok paying the difference but she didn’t even offer.
Completely messed up my order and had missing items. Was in a rush so couldn't just turn around. Next time around told them what happened and the manager named Araceli at store number 3981 at 11am was very rude and defensive arguing and making a scene over 5 dollars all I asked if there was anything that could be done.
No tacos, onion rings or fries. Why are you even open? 7:40pm going through the drive-thru. First and last time visiting this location.
Jack is a box has some serious issues the one on La Sierra said their system was down, the one on hole and Tyler had no drinks, it took 30 minutes to get my order only to find out it was messed up as I was pulling out, had to sit back in line for 30 minutes for the right food onlyto get it cold as well. Seems EVERY time I go to these 2 which are the closest ones to me there is an issue!
Came after work at 12 am. Nobody cares at all. Employees were talking the entire time as I'm trying to pay and ask for sauce. The food I didn't even eat it. It looked sloppy, thanks for robbing me...Manager Beware
