It's mostly convenient, since it's half a block away. However, I've stopped coming here on my way back from working in OC around 3am because around that time, for like an hour, they only take cash. They don't bother posting a sign or anything. This is an issue because it's on such a small lot, there's no way out of the drive thru, which always has a line. The last time I got stuck there, I was there for 10 min, before I could escape and go to McDonald's.
The service is typically ok. The food is ok most of the time. Sometimes they over cook the chicken strips and they are hard.
Waited in line for some milk shakes, there card reader was having issues so I was sent on my way with no order due to there complications(funds definitely not the issue), they wouldn’t even comp it after having to wait in that line.I think I’m officially over jack in the box you guys have been a constant let down and don’t take responsibility or ownership for where you fall short. Totally disappointed what a waste of time and gas. You could have at the very least tried another register instead of being clueless and incompetent sitting there silently.
They are absolutely horrible about answering the phone. I've been calling for days to see if they have fixed the credit card/EBT reader before I go and get stuck in the drive-through line again. They are no longer accepting EBT. Their food is good though.
Always somthing different i find my new favorite is sourdough jack yum no cheese tho lightly toasted!!
Food was good but the lady who served me and the homegirl was rude as hell Just prob didn't like her job or something that's why I gave it a 3 star.
Amazingly convenient and very reliable Jack-in-the-Box, but instead of a 5 star rating it gets a 4 for forgetting paid for items and not realizing til I was at home.
Got a burger. Always cold! Have gotten pretty used to it now. I get shocked when it's occasionally slightly warm.
They used to accept EBT cards which was great but now they don't anymore and I'm not sure why
Just left couple minutes ago. My daughter kids meal only came with chicken nuggets no fries and I didn't get my tiny tacos
