They use to be open 24hrs but, now they close for a certain amount time every night so that is an inconvenience. Other than that I never have had any issues.

Manager refunded our money manager gave big time attitude I’m glad I was standing behind my dad to hear this managers attitude over the restroom immature….. you could of just said no u had to throw in the attitude and what u see on tv to my dad not professional……u shouldn’t be threatening ……to me u were treating him like a bum I should of recorded it …….
Every time I go here my order is missing stuff I paid for when I get home. And when I call about it no one answers the call. Would be nice if They looked at your order before they hand you a bag ... money adds up and I've lost some here
They should consider wearing hair nets because it's disgusting when you have hair in your fries ?. Next time before I drive away I'm going to look in everything to make sure there isn't hair in my bag and if it is my getting a refund.

The Ultimate Breakfast Sang-wheech is pretty b-a-w-m. And a large Sprite because clear soda , is better for we humans because of reasons. Good ones in fact!
Love Jack's. A little disappointed they do not have potato wedges any more . Ultimate cheeseburgers are the best also jalapeño poppers are amazing as well.
This place is okay. I hate how when I’ve gone sometimes in the morning or night, they randomly are closed. Sometimes they also take forever to give you your food. Other than that, the lines here aren’t too bad. The orders are not messed up often, in my experience. This place is good for picking up a quick coffee or burger.
