Be warned, this location opens whenever the employees feel like it. I stop at the plaza for breakfast in my way to work every day and 3 out of the 4 times I tried Jack in the box they were closed at 6:30. I asked the manager the one time they were open and she said it shouldn’t be closed no later then 6…. So obviously the employees do what they want here lol
Came again this evening b4 midnight and watched as employees in kitchen ignored me & other customers in drive-thru. All customers appeared confused because all signs on building and online show the drive-thru is supposed to be OPEN! To make matters worse, when customers tap on their horns to get employee’s attention, employees continue to ignore, offering ZERO EXPLANATION. If I could give a zero, instead of 1 rating, I would. Giving a 1 would mean that Jack in the Box has made some attempt to explain situation to customers or change the hours online to prevent further confusion, which they have NOT DONE!
I always like this place I've been coming here for the last 20 years and since they come up with the big carl's every time I have chance I will show up.
Always a nice place to stop and pick up a hot meal in a hurry. Prices are very reasonable and staff is always friendly. Menu has a nice selection of items for every diet and budget. Drive thru service is prompt and good.
Bruhhhh the night shift is wack nasty serivce the food was disgusting and cold not worth coming to this Jack its its mainly always the night shift doubting I ll come back
I've been coming to this jack in the box for awhile. Always have had a decent experience.But last night it was Horrible I don't know if the bag was over stuffed or what. But when the person handed me the bag it ripped food falling on the floor.He proceeded to say it's should be fine since none of the food opened. I picked up the food then drove off..Food it self was no better fries were cold and old.
They're an okay location they're kind of doing drive-thru only they have it set up where it looks like you can go in but you can't actually go in as a normal regular customer saw some people go in that were friends of current co-workers other than that they don't allow entrance to dine in drive-thru only my vehicles too big to fit through drive-thru (box truck)so I had to go someplace else
10/21/21 9:17pm (Drive thru) service was slow food was cold and to top it off they had the nerve to turn away a truck driver when all he asked is if they can please attend him through the drive through window since they locked there doors and his semi with a load won't fit (obvious) they hit him with "if it doesn't through our drive thru we can't attend to you"I heard this a car away (I was next in line) I would've offered him to help him get his food but he had already ran to his semi (which was across the street)
The lines are not too long but they have lately been taking a super long time to get through customers. They usually don’t mess up the orders. They have forgotten to put in the sauces we ask for. It’s not too bad. Sometimes when I go, they close suddenly.
Iced coffee hit the spot...well made, nice pick me up.
