I always go to this In-N-Out. It used to be my favorite place. On May 26th, around 5 PM. I got 2 burgers & 2 fries from the drive-through. I gave the guy 2 gift cards. One was used, and the other one was new, but I wasn't sure how much I had in there. So I asked him to use the used one first and then the rest of the balance on the second card. He said he charged the first one, and he will charge the second card about $8 ish. Then he didn't give me the second card back and said that both cards are empty now. I thought something was wrong because there is no way both cards have the exact amount of what I ordered, so I asked him again if he needs my credit card. He said it's all clear, and I can just leave. But he didn't give me any receipts or the balance or the gift cards back. I saw him crumpling the receipt but I didn't know it was mine. Yeah it was my fault I didn't ask him at that time and I wasn't brave enough to accuse the staff. I tried to forget about it and move on but I can't shake off that bitter feeling that I got scammed by these guys...I'm really sad. I wonder if it's too late to go back and talk to manager if we can check the security camera together or something...:(
THE BEST IN-N-OUT BURGER EVER I SWEAR THIS PLACE IS AMAZING , I like to stop by the store every other night after work to get a dinner and all the employees are amazing they always smiling they're helpful & respectful ; Joseph and daniel and ray & ashlynne ARE the best and all the other employees are SO GOOD I really like to go there just to see their smile after I finish a long day at work , much love to all of you guys ?? much love for the burger too?????????❤️?
I am literally here 3 times a month, maybe even once a week, and I never stop to mention how great it is. It's consistent every time. Yes, sometimes they make mistakes, like not packing me forks, the hot chocolate gets messed up, or something goes wrong. The people inside are human, they can't be perfect everytime but they get as close as possible to perfection. The best part is even if they make mistakes they are more than happy to make it right. The lines will be long, do if you don't have 20min to spare this is not the place for you. I'm not in a rush if it means my order will be correct and my family will be happy. Great place, great food, great customer service, and overall A+

Burgers were cooked to order. Fries were fresh! Loved the fact that they have two order windows, makes it faster.
I'm a disabled veteran. Went to this overpriced place for a meal. Asked if they offer a military discount. Was told no. Then told they only give police a discount. I guess my and other vets service means nothing to them.Food was ok but not worth the price.
You can expect the same you have always come to know and love from here. Fresh ingredients and a long wait ???
Fries were cold and stale. Ordered animal fries and the cheese was cold that made the them stick. I had the feeling they made them way before I ordered them. I’m just a mile from home and they shouldn’t have been cold that fast. Hamburger bun was very dry and hard on the edge.
