Been meaning to post this. For the manager and staff at this location. Took my family here for Mother’s Day last weekend. The wait was only 25min on a BUSY day. The restaurant was PACKED. We were seated pretty quick. I was so impressed with the service, the staff and the food quality for such a busy day. You guys really out did yourselves this day. I’ve been to many restaurants on a regular day and haven’t received this kind of quality service. Just wanted to say thank you for giving us a great experience on such a chaotic day.
Worst experience ever. We were seated and the server had taken our order but took nearly an hour to have the food brought out, everyone around was being attended and getting their food & even having new people got attended before us.All that was being given to us was coffee no food. Once food arrived, it was so cold. They took back the food so we were about to leave but the manager came up and apologized, we stayed to eat but in no way are we ever going back.Very dissatisfied with their service.
We ordered the sampler as an appetizer. The chicken was dry and the onion rings were soft and cheese sticks sauce was cold.The I watched my food sitting under the warmer for ten minutes, and when I asked the manager about she lied and said they still making my food.and of course my wife's food is not ready yet.5 minutes later the cook takes my plate of the warmer then puts it back as if he just made .Finally I got fed up from their service and their lies .So I just left.I will never go there again.I don't recommend it to anybody.
Horrible service, placed an order online and was billed for something i didn’t get and I couldn’t even get my money back nor what i wanted to order , I was told there was no manger on site so had to wait for the next business day to be told the same they can’t do anything about it.. not to mention I live in San Bernardino and was driving passed riverside .. not recommended !
It was a long drive to Riverside to pick up our son. We wanted a good breakfast and of course the delicious coffee because it's always delicious at IHOP and they keep the coffee flowing.There was a wait time and a bit crowded, nice and friendly. The young lady gave us a ticket and they call number out when ready.Food was very delicious. Next time I'm in Riverside I'll definitely be coming by here again.
Still good food. A little slow on getting the food. But they were very busy. Friendly service
One of the best IHOPs I have been to in awhile. Quick, friendly, accurate and the food was all still hot by the time we got to eat it.
Service was below standard. Billed for a soda that comes with a child's meal. Then double charged for my order when the child's drink was removed. Manager said the overcharged amount will be taken off so we'll see. If it does I'll change my review. Just make sure to double check your bill before you give them your credit card.
It is nice to be able to sit down and eat for a change iHop is a great place for basics done right. Not so sure that they have done there customers justice by taking away the cashier completely. Some places have this pay the server routine down. Unfortunately iHop needs some work in this area. It is hard enough to flag down your server when they are busy for some extra jelly but when you all through and want to leave it is very difficult to stop a server who is extreamly busy trying to get all her other tables the kind of good hot food we got.
Everything was good the only thing is long time waiting for get a table and they don't sign a happy birthday song if you're celebrating here.
