for some reason i end up here every couple weeks at UCR, the quality is pretty good. the spice level is on par when medium actually feels hot for an ethnic person. recommend a sandwich over normal tenders the breading is better on it. the combo is actually a lot of food i usually end up having fries for leftovers. it's definitely not a cheap hot chicken shop but it's still really good. staff's also really friendly everytime I've gone. it's not the nicest looking restaurant though, but the logos really cute i guess.

We usually love this place. Tonight we had a bad experience thanks to the cashier that left our food sitting for 20+ min while my partner was inside the store waiting. When she finally called out our name and number, she realized she messed up. Total wait time was 55 minutes when they originally told us 30, which we were fine with. What was not okay was the extra 25 and soggy fries.Edit: Thanks AM Brandon for helping us out!

The meal was a little bit on the sweet side....which I'm not a fan of and the salaw was lacking in flavor. Not a fan of hotties.

The chicken and fries are really salty. The restraunt was extremely filthy. The glass doors at the entrance are disgusting. The floors unmopped. There were cup stains all over everything.

It was nasty there was more breeding than chicken the Loaded fries were disgusting.....

Was an amazing chicken sandwich and a good sized tender. I went with the 2nd hottest sauce, fire I believe, and it was not as hot as expected but still really good. The cashier was super nice and friendly too. Me and my friends got refills of our drinks. The fries were also super amazing. As tasty as the fire sauce was I think it messed my stomach up- but I'll gladly eat it again lol, it was delicious!

Update* I would recommend the sandwich more so than the tenders, legs, and thighs as the coating is perfect for a sandwich but comes off as a tad too thick on the chicken when eaten by itself. The texture of the crunch is great when swaddled in the bun but is almost unpleasantly crunchy when eaten by itself and cuts into the roof of your mouth*So so good! Chicken was crunchy and tender, not dry at all. The spiciness LEAPS from "medium" to "spicy" but I think spicy is the way to go for the flavor of the additional chilies. Def a new local favorite for me

WoW!!!Ordered an extra chicken strip thinking they were small... Boy was I wrong. These strips are huge!!! Delicious!!! And very TASTY!!! Spicy is perfect if you like heat but I'm definitely trying the FIRE spice next time.

Love this place. Food is delicious and customer service always exceptional.

This place is awesome! Def recommend!
