Horrible service my lemonade was too sweet so I asked if I could Exchange it they literally put like 10 pumps of syrup and expected me to drink it I wasn’t satisfied with my drink and I still had to pay for my refill unacceptable The manager was horrible he just walked away
Only based on the fact that there were no cheese on a stick available that day. Could have low supply or something of the like, but it is safe to say that is one of, if not the most, popular items and unfortunately people were disheartened at that.
THIS HOT DOG ON A STICK IN THE TYLER MALL REALLY SUCKS!! THE SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD, AND THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD. I ORDERED TURKEY CORN DOG AND IT WAS JUST NASTY. THE BREAD WAS SLIGHTLY BURNT AND IT HAD A AFTER TEAST, AND THE FRYS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM THEY HAD A AFTER TEAST TOO. THE LEMON AID WAS A ITTLE FLAT AS WELL. I WAS SO VERY DISAPPOINTED! ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I HAD A CORN DOG ON A STICK, SO I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO EATING ONE. BUT ALL I GOT FROM EATING IT WAS A SICK FEELING. FOR A FAST FOOD PLACE IT WAS NOT VERY CLEAN LIKE I REMEMBER THEM IN LOOKING AND BEING. WHEN I USE TO EAT THE CORN DOGS ON A STICK A WHILE BACK, I REMEMBER THEM BEING SO VERY DELICIOUS AND THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS SO VERY CLEAN WITH THE MOST NICEEST PEOPLE WORKING THERE! BUT THIS HOT DOG ON STICK WAS JUST VERY DISAPPOINTEING TOO ME. MAYBE THEY JUST CHANGE THE BRAND OF HOT DOGS AND FRYS , IVDONTBKNKW!! BUT WHAT EVER THE CASE IS I HOPE THEY CAN FIX THINGS FOR THE BETTER.

Made a mobile order at 4pm while I was at work to ensure my food would be ready by 4:15 which was my lunch time. My lunch ended up getting delayed till 4:25. I arrive there at 4:30 and they tell me my order is STILL being prepared even though I ordered 30 MINUTES ahead. I then had to waste 15 more minutes of my break waiting for them to have my order ready because even after I arrived I had to tell them about my order a SECOND time for them to actually get around to making it. There were a few people before me waiting for their orders (who I'm pretty sure ordered way after me) and I was the LAST person to leave. At the end the girl only said she was sorry, didn't offer a refund, free fries or even extra ketchup, nothing. If you have things to do, don't come to this place, they suck!
Finally after a year. I was able to enjoy pepperjack cheese dog. And lime drink
Our initial transaction was great! Until we got to the car and noticed 2 items were missing. My husband went back in to let them know they forgot our 2 cheese sticks. The girl said ok I'll make them and apologized. Then here's comes the guy who rang us up coming and inspecting the receipt like he didn't just ring us up‼so my husband walked off and he sees them still looking at the receipt and looking at him as if he's lying so he said what's the problem you guys made a mistake why are you doing all of this. The guy didn't say anything! This is so messed up because they made the mistake and treating my husband as if he's lying about something.Aside from that the cheese stick is really good! I love the breading.
