Convenient poke and boba on campus when you don’t feel like walking/going to the UV. Not the best boba you could get but if really want it, it’s up to you.
Located in the HUB, I first tried Hibachi-San's Poke bowl in January 2019. I had the vegetarian option with tofu, and the following week tried the tofu, watermelon
On January 5, 2020, I was a member of a six party group. Four members were vegetarians and were served their meal first. By the time I received my meal, the others were almost finished eating. Even my fried rice was prepared last and was used to entertain the others while I waited to eat. Perhaps the manager.could speak to the preparer (He called himself Jackie Chan). The rice was bland as if it had been prepared for an ill person. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
With so many choices at the food court, I'm glad I chose this place. The food was made to order and very fresh. I ordered the chicken combo and added steak. Everything was stir fried in a spicy garlic sauce. The combo comes with rice and vegetables. I was very satisfied with the meal and the service.
Hibachi-San is always consistent and reliable. The food is good for food court food. The shrimp teriyaki was surprisingly good.
While at the food court in Ala Moana mall I walked up to hibachi San kitchen I ordered the shrimp plate it was not only fresh , affordable but delicious as well . Other family members were a little disappointed in their selections as they were not as freshly made as mine was . Veggies were cooked to perfection the shrimp was perfectly grilled & the rice was very good as well . I will definitely be going back again !!! ???????
We try to come here at least 1 meal on our trip. And as usual they did not disappoint. I got the Chix & Shrimp plate and it's still good.
