Poor customer service , very rude. I asked him if he could wash his hands after touching the money since he was about to touch my food and he got mad and ran one hand under the water for 2 seconds and wiped it on his shirt . VERY NASTY !
Need to update their hours online. They are not open 24hrs. I want by at 2pm on a Sunday and they were closed. Went by at 5pm another day and they were closed.

I despise the very idea that my sons were given terrible customer service likely because I decided to stay in the car this morning (I was in pajamas for this early morning school drop off). Not that it should matter but I raised my boys right-they know to say "please" and "thank you." When my youngest son (11 yo) was asking for his donut and chocolate milk, albeit shyly, the man behind the counter told him,"Just tell me what you want. You keep saying things but you're not telling me what you want." When my oldest (15 yo) asked for a croissant with cream cheese (my request), the man behind the counter just told him, "No." There was no response fromhim to say what croissants they had in spite of the fact that my sons could very clearly see croissants in the glass case. As upset as I am about the situation, my children still kindly gave him slack— “maybe he is just grumpy…today.” Professionals and business owners should not treat customers this way. People who treat children poorly are not deserving of my hard earned money. Shameful.
Great donuts and fast service. Loses a star because it's advertised as open 24/7 but there have been many times when I've come by to find them closed.
