Love the coffee but it’s never consistent. Been here multiple times because I love the avocado toast. They need to speed up customer service. I waited in the drive for coffee over 20 min. The time I wakes inside they grabbed the donuts with a napkin instead of using tongs and i clearly saw the fingers touch the donut. Donut wasn’t for me but for someone else. I like it here but they have a lot of work to do. Hopefully management reads this. For that I give them one star.
Most of the people that work here have bad attitudes I have seen. I asked one girl for a drink carrier and she ignored me and acted like she didn't hear me. Then she turned around and walked away. I asked another guy for a carrier and he gave me one. I like the donuts when they are fresh, sometimes when you order door dash they give you old munchkins which sucks. Cappuccino is good from here, I like those the best. 3 stars because the people that work here are not nice.
Actually I've only been through the drive-thru but usually it's pretty quick and they make really good donuts really good coffee and really nice staff super quick too I mean if those donuts are as fresh as I think they are that's fast ?
Lines are allways long in the morning. I order my items ahead and still wait for 15 mins. Its always a hit or miss.
DD still the best. Why aren't there more stores..too many of the 'other' coffee chains..

absolutely love this place. I never have a bad experience, i’ve been coming here so often almost 2-3 times a weeks. love the donuts, vanilla frosted is my fave and i always get a cold brew with foam. staff is so kind and sweet luv them <3
Oven is down and they always run out of muffins. The last few times I’ve been here my drinks were just creamer. The speaker in the drive through hardly works.
Love this place, the girls here are very sweet and I enjoy coming here.
