If I could give them 10 out of 10 stars, I would!!! My wife placed a carry out order online and it said they'd have it ready in 7 minutes! It's Friday night prime dinner time y'all, and they had it fresh and ready when we arrived. I walk through the door, and I got greeted and welcomed by every single person working there! What a refreshing feeling to have amazing customer service!!! They have an amazing staff and I recommend everyone to go visit!!! Can't wait to return when I'm more awake and energized to match them.
Was fun to work there when Aaron, ( Rest in peace bro .) was manager. Did huge bong rips and drank all the time in the freezer behind the office and we had a great crew, we always screwed around but we got stuff done and did well. One thing everyone disliked was the skyzone orders, oh and Holly. I remember my first night there when some guy broke in back door and tried to mess with us, took him down and dragged him back out. Tips were great but needed something different to do. Shout out to Brian, Octavio, Ally, Tristan, Curtis, Robert, The old man we called Jimmy Carter, Ruby, Stephanie amd Anyone else i forgot. I was ages ago. Hope everyone is doing well.

Customer service needs improvement if you want to keep your customers. Long hold time is not a good strategy in making customers happy and providing fast service. Called 4 separate occasions and everyone placed me hold and no one picked up for over 5 minutes. I thought I would have better luck hanging up and calling again but every time was the same thing and was in hold for over 5 minutes. Very disappointing. Called another pizza chain instead.
