The worst service everWaited 40mins for my to go order. I should've checked my order but I didn't. Got home and 3 items were missing. Called the restaurant and of course. They put me on hold for 15mins then they said I need to speak to a manager . They put me on hold once again and waited another 13mins and I gave up . Never going back to Dennys!!!
Terrible service what was suppose to be our waitress she started helping people that sat down after us and then when the wonderful lady that did take our drink order told her to help us next she didn't she wondered to everyone else and continued to ignore us until I decided to just make a to go order then she decided to ask if everything was OK, when I told her no she walked away unbothered. We were helped the entire time by the gentlemen seating people and the lady that had originally took our drink order. But because the waitress that was originally suppose to help us my husband said her name was blanca we will not be going back there worse service I've ever had there.
I ordered my food and went to pick up my order and there was a sign on the door that said closed for maintenance. There was not a single person in the restaurant. All the lights were on. I waited there for almost an hour. My order came to $49.82. When I called Dennys to tell them what happened and get my money back, they hung up on me more times than I can count. I went back there during the day to speak to a manager and they REFUSED to give me my money back. I complained to corporate and still not getting anywhere.An apology and my money back would have been the right thing to do.
Food was good, service was good as well. No complaints from me. Have had bad service at other locations, not this 1

I ordered the ultimate omelette. When my order was ready I asked the Male manager was there syrup in the bag he replied yes. I also told him he hadn't given me my receipt. He stated it was in the bag as well. He lied neither were in the bag. This is the closet Denny's near me. I won't be coming back. Just because I'm a senior doesn't mean I'm stupid and won't tell all the people I know who come there. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Clean! Staff was very friendly. From the host,server, and manager. Food was good. Food could have been warmer
Jose was so so nice! We came at 5:30am for a quick breakfast and he was so very kind. He saw our baby and was so friendly and had amazing customer service. I don’t do very many reviews but definitely had to after his service!! Would come back again just for him! Thanks Jose ?
me gusto muy buen servicio, la persona q ue nos atendio, muy amable, yo e ido a varios dennys en los angeles y la comida no muy buena y servicio. pesimo La mesera Veronica cada 5 minutos venia a preguntar si necesitabamos, lo recomiendo.
