The food is good, and it's better than Taco Bell in my opinion. The issue is that the customer service here is terrible. I had to repeat my order three times, and they still managed to mess it up. The cashier seemed annoyed as if it was my fault he didn't understand me. It almost seemed as if everyone here felt they were doing me a favor by selling me their food. I would eat at other Del Tacos, but I will be avoiding this one form now on.
I went in today and I got charged for a burrito I didn't order, plus I ordered 2 iced coffees and they tasted like straight trash. Besides that I was handed a wrong flavor shake over all experience was so bad never going back again. Employees looked like they hated life not friendly at all.
There really quick there! Never have to wait long, plus there open till really late! And they have great prices! I just had a veggiterian taco ? for the 1st time and it was delicious! I thought that it would just have veggies in it, but they had veggiterian meat in it with lettuce tomato and cheese ?! Just like a regular taco! And it tasted great! I had no idea that they had veggiterian tacos here! My cousin had told me about it so I came to try one and I loved it! It's my new fav.! ??
Ordered two carne asada del carbon tacos and those were fine. Ordered two of the bean burritos with red sauce and didn't care for them. The burritos are what I normally get and up until several months ago I liked them. The last couple of times I've not cared for them. I think they may have changed something in the beans because they just don't taste as good as they used to.
Extra special sauce on the shrimp burritos DOES NOT equate to little to no sauce! Please follow directions! Our receipt indicated that the cashier took our order correctly, so clearly someone dropped the ball some where. There is nothing like getting all the way home and taking a bite out of a bone dry shrimp burrito... When I pay for something, I want it done correctly.
I needed to use the restroom before I ordered but the lady didn't allow me to so I had to order something and then go use the restroom and when I got into the restroom it was nasty it was not clean at all and she act like I was going to take something out of there when I just had to use the restroom but I still ended up getting my two burritos before leaving couldn't get my tacos because it wasn't time yet
If I could I wouldn't even give them one star!I experienced the worst customer service in Del Taco drive thru while my husband and I were ordering the lady immediately cut us of while still ordering, as we approached the window my husband handed her the EBT card she grabbed it all rude. She didn't even wait for him to say the pin when she automatically said it didn't go thru. We ask nicely if she can re try that's when she asked for the pin and still said it wasn't going thru , manager came to assist after they were done whispering to each other who knows what. We were told to use another card which unfortunately we don't have we were disappointed since we always come here and it's our first time ordering a big order for our big family at home.February 10th , 2022 approximately time 5:23pm
Friendly staff, fast service. Bought the Beyond Guacamole Burrito, honestly why even bother with meat anymore.
Wonderful experience I was a little bit short on change and I didn't want to break a hundred, the employee from del Taco simply gave me a discount of some sort, because he knew I was buying one of the items for a homeless man in the parking lot. It's real close to the methadone clinic so there's a lot of people that linger in this area after they receive their treatment, so there are a lot of homeless they frequent this del Taco not to say anything bad about them I feel for them that's why when I can I'll buy some of them food for them they have also bought food for me in the past good people for the most part anyways the employee gave me a discount so I can feed the people of the area and myself amazing
This del taco is always on point. I don't think I've ever had anything wrong with my order. In fact, my food has always LOOKED good. I would say ALMOST picture quality, my daughter never finishes her carne asada fries and today she did lol. The employees are better here too . Homie in the drive thru was cute AF today too!
