I’m not sure why I was being ignored for 8+ minutes but it was very rude. I was in the pickup order line, nobody greeted or even looked at me. Every person who came in after me was helped and left before I finally asked about my order… it was in the freezer and had been put in there before I arrived. Why wouldn’t I be greeted?? Is it because I had ordered ahead? Please help me understand why the employees are so rude.

Some very good treats here if the owners mother is in-house; otherwise, a hit or miss. Shakes can be thin or runny...must be a training issue. Plus, they do not make full use of the app. You won't be able to accumulate points.
Wonderful time...the lady that was there at 12:45 pm today was very patient ? ? ? with our classroom ?...don't know her name but she kept smiling ? ? ? and made us feel welcomed...
Great place, my wife's favorite for a dessert treat. Really wish they weren't so far. Shame they closed the one in Norco.
It's been about45yrs.since I've been going to D.Q. and I can honestly say it hasn't changed the taste is so GOOD along with the respect that the workers give me and my family...
I like it here. The ice cream is always good and I’ve never had a problem with it. The only thing that bothers me is that the place is so small so when a lot of customers come in, there’s really no where to wait and it gets really crowded.
Been to Dairy Queen many times and they consistently deliver awesome burgers. Tasty and not too greasy. Garlic fries is ftw. Plenty of parking, and the outdoor sitting is perfect for the nice weather. Service is fairly quick. I also like how clean their bathroom is (always a big plus for me). Will definitely keep coming back.

Nobody in the front the customers that’s included me standing for more than 15 mins to get help a really bad service need to be fixed to have better service and help probably the last time I’ll come here
