So far every cookie I’ve tried has been amazing! It’s only been 4 weeks but I love the rotating flavors each week. Lucky Charms, Pink Sugar, Sea Salt Toffee, Mint Brownie have been my favorite so far but honestly none have been terrible. Easy to order from the app as well.

I've used Crumbl Cookies for my family in San Bernardino, & Bakersfield California, since I can't see them often as I live in Arizona. Just started going here last year. Oh boy! I tell ya. These have been the BEST cookies so far. I enjoy checking every week to see new flavors. The fact 2 times I haven't been able to try 2 flavors of the cookies in past 2 weeks. Bummed. Overall cookies are delicious.
My husband loves these cookies. He tried them in Texas for the first time and had to make a trip to Riverside, so my daughter and I could try them. The cookies were warm and good. My husband was disappointed because the flavor he was looking for wasn't available; they rotate and change cookie flavors every week. He also hates the parking at the Riverside Plaza location, as it can be difficult to find a parking spot.
Over priced. The staff is friendly. The cookies are OK. We got the 6 pack so we could try each cookie. They're baked well. The frosting is way too sweet. Cut down on that sugar some and add a hint of flavor. They would be better.
Very soft cookies, which are not my style at all. Maybe when all my teeth fall out. For an artisanal cookie it’s not a bad price for the size. The flavors are uninspiring and tooth achingly sweet. Honestly cannot comprehend why these cookies are so popular but the staff were friendly and the packaging is very appealing and would make a nice gift for a kids party or for someone with a serious sweet tooth.
Amazing! I could eat the snickerdoodle ice cream all day it's so, so, so good. The cookies themselves are soft and warm and perfect. No more cold stone for me, Crumbl every time.
