Went in last night with some family members after dinner...1 person in front of us. There was 3 people on the counter. Thr one male (longer black hair) wearing a visor cap was the rudest person of the bunch. He seemed irritated, bothered and just an overall feeling that he hates his job. We will never spend another dollar in your location!The smell is horrible...it's stinks like a wet mop
The ice cream was delicious. I got the strawberry cheesecake combo. My brother didn't really like the coffee lovers one, said it tasted more like caramel with a hint of coffee.But the biggest issue is the smell in the store. It smelled like feet. I don't know if they had a sewage problem, but it smelled like trapped water. They need to call a plumber, or whatever appropriate party to address the source of that stench. We almost walked out just to not put up with that smell.
This place won’t serve you unless you wear a mask… which has recently been called “nothing more than a facial decoration” thankful for the other businesses in the plaza that do not discriminate based on what decorations I have chosen to wear today. Good luck making it in riverside with this sort of attitude towards your customers. Maybe try LA?

Great customer service! The gentleman running the place was so nice and generous. Our ice cream was made perfectly. We will definitely be back.

Overall unsatisfied, not with the employees but with management for leaving them so understaffed. i feel like 3 people was not enough to handle the amount of customers coming in. I placed an online order and it took an extra 20 minutes from the ready time i was given online for me to receive it. Those employees did a great job at trying to handle the situation but hopefully management can step up
Horribly done!! Rude employees 6/27/2021 8pm Door Dashed and my STRAWBERRY BATTER BATTER was missing graham cracker and whip! Literally was made so horribly, it was like shake consistency! And no it was not melted! THIS WORKER NEEDS TO LEARN TO FOLD TOPPINGS INTO ICE CREAM! Worst COLD STONE CREAMERY experience ever!!!! If I could give NO STARS I would!!

I do not recommend this place. Not very clean. When I was about to leave saw dead flies on counter. Unfortunately I was with a friend and couldn't say anything or else I would of left and gotten my money back.
