Stopped by hoping to dine-in with the Family for some Dinner. Turns out the restaurant has been closed for Dine-in for a while. We drove into the drive through only to be yelled at by a rude employee outside for not coming in through the west side parking lot. It was our first(and last) time here and we didn’t see the signs. We ended up ordering it through the drive-through and eating it in the car.-1 Star for the dining area closed.-1 Star for the rude lady at the drive through.
This is the absolute WORST and mismanaged location I have ever been to. They only do drive thru and mobile order. No dine in. You can’t even go inside and order. You HAVE to order online. Therefore, they are purposefully creating an EXTREMELY ridiculous long line for drive thru. Your mobile order doesn’t even get processed until you make it to the attendant at the drive thru, which is usually a 30 minute wait, so why bother/force people to order ahead if you still have to wait forever to get your food. And the carry out option isn’t any better. The parking lot is completely blocked off so to start you have to park far away. And then, there is ZERO organization in the waiting area. Usually no attendant, no body knows what’s going on, there’s no estimated time for pick up in the app, you literally just have to sit and wait for them to call your name. I have witness several altercation between customers because people get upset with the lack of organization. Since there’s no clear line people will get upset if they’ve been waiting for a while and someone else comes in and then gets their food right away. Honestly it’s a huge mess and I don’t understand why they are making the process so difficult especially when it is NOT working. The target parking lot is always a mess now. 0/10
Chick-fil-a, my kids and their step mom wanted 5 Chick-fil-A sauces with their meal, when I return home the kids found no sauce and started crying. Because of this my wife divorced me, took the kids, and I am now homeless. Chick-fil-A you have ruined my life, thank you.
There drive thur line extremely long. They still don't have dine in which is not good. Very sad since COVID protocols are over. There still doing mobile and delivery puck up. People want to get back to normal life and buisness are lazy and scared with COVID. Get over it and get back to life. OPEN YOUR DINE IN
Horrible service. 55 minutes on the drive-thru line. You can not eat inside. No employee is outside directing traffic, or taking food orders. You have to wait in a humongous line and wait until you get to the order speaker to order. You will not get the Chick-fil-A experience here. I will never come back to this location and suggest no one does either.
Once again, they failed to give everything we ordered and payed for - this time a 30 count nugget. Were told when we contacted customer service that they can’t do anything since it was a big order. Um - wouldn’t you prefer to keep the customers who place large orders? This place has definitely gone downhill. Horribly over priced if the service isn’t there.
VERONICA deserves a raise!!! Thank you for your help. We came in with a truck and trailer and she went out of her way moving cones and holding traffic to make sure we got in and left happy with our food. Thank you so much, my kids said we're VIPs lol.
The lineup was reasonable and worth the wait. The girl was in training and super nice. The food was excellent! We're happpy
Jocelyn was by far the best employee here!!! Super courteous and respectful!! Made the long wait in the drive-thru line less stressful and wonderful!! Would come again just for this type of service!!
The dumbest chick fil a ever.... why the f do you only accept mobile phone orders. They will not take your order in person....and they have it all blocked off like if they are housingcovid patients, worst chick fil a ever. I will not be returning
