My first time visiting CPK and I must say the food was very good & the service was amazing. The place was crowded and I had a little issue with my order but Their manger Robert got everything situated real fast so big respect to him. Thanks Rob!
Great experience here at California Pizza Kitchen! Our waitress was awesome and the food was exceptional!
Pizza crust was like a wet noodle..A replacement was made and 20 minutes to come out.everybody else finished before mine came out. Waiter nowhere to be found for a tea refills. Usually a good go to place but not tonight.
Danyelle is THE BEST.. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of us when they're were just 2 of us then with our large group she was BY HERSELF and hustled to make sure we were taken care of.. food was great as always (highly recommend The jambalaya and the crispy artichoke salad) and her customer service skills surpassed our expectations on a busy night.
The service is always great here, unfortunately the food lately has been just okay. I had a mushroom pizza, and my husband had the Garlic Cream Fettuccine . The food was on the bland side. I did try the Beehive Sangria which was delicious and the Butter cake was really good.
My daughter and I usually get great service, and delicious food & drinks. This last time it took the server a while to take our order, but she was very sweet, friendly and professional.
Not as good as it used to be. Not sure if the hiring manager focuses more on looks than capability. The staff is full of beautiful people for sure. Some friendly, some bored and annoyed. The food is what brought down the score. The breads used to be a bit fluffy and full of flavor... the last time we went the breads/dough was over cooked and hard. My friend got a pasta that was super delicious... Sadly the pizza and the breads just weren't it.
I have been here twice, once 7 yrs ago and then today. The food at this place is very bland and really thats probably the reason I hadn't been back for years.I think that maybe the food just isn't good, its not old or stale or anything, it just simply lacks flavor. The pizzas are super bland and have very little toppings. Hardly any sauce or cheese. You're better off eating a lunchables pizza.The pastas hardly have any sauce or meats or vegetables. I will not ever come back to a CPK. I will stick to good old Olive Garden for generic Italian food.
Sad to see this restaurant decline in quality. I have been going here for 15 years, and this place isn't what it used to be. I usually get BBQ chicken pizza, and the last few I've had are of lazy quality. They don't even put the sauce on correctly either and it's the consistency of cardboard. Your way better off going to popajohns or pizza hut for real pizza.
I was very upset that I was told that my family and myself couldn’t be seated because we didn’t have masks. I leave to go and purchase masks. I came back and as I came back a family was being seating NOT WEARING MASKS !! I have never experienced discrimination like this. Of course the family being seated was white and I’m Hispanic. How disgusting that this establishment operates like this . I will never again order from this establishment!!!
