There has been a problem in the restrooms for more than 2 months and it's so disgustingly smelly inside.You can smell that even in the food. In addition, the food is not fresh.Never going back to this resturant.
This use to be my go-to spot pre-covid but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. The burgers just weren't what I remember and the limited seating is a real bummer. However, the reason for my current review is the false advertising regarding a couple of posters for Stella Artois. The poster clearly states, "Buy a Stella Artois and take home the chalice". Or in lamens terms, buy a beer and take the glass home. Upon receiving my beer, sans glass, i asked where my glass was and the server quickly informed me that they only serve in plastic cups. So I made myself clear that I was, in fact, referring to the promotion of a free chalice with purchase. To my chagrin the server notified me that the poster was just an ad and they didn't give away free glassware. In my experience, it's very common for places from Applebees to small breweries to have a take the glass home day. So I inquired if a manager was available to clarify why they had posters out that clearly stated a free chalice to a beer purchase when that clearly was not the case. Sadly, no manager. I drank my beer in melancholy as I regretted the purchase with every sip. Burgerim, don't put signage up unless you're going to live up to it!
A bit pricey! But food is pretty good!
This place was great! I told the employee behind the counter o had never been there before and she walked me through all the options and was really kind and understanding I didn't feel pressured to make a choice. And she left a little personalized message on my bag. I will be going back again I just hope it's the same wonderful lady!
This place is decent. I’m glad to see that burger IM is now in University Village. I feel like the experience could be a little bit better, but the effort in the service is there. I will try to come back here one more time to see if the experience is a little bit better. You are still required to wear a mask and there is no seating inside.

First time here and it was great. Different experience. They have the best customer service. I highly recommend Burgerim!!!
The food was delicious and the service was fantastic!
The full falafel had so many crispy and warm deep fried falafel balls and smothered with layers of hot sauce and tannin sauces that is a delight to eat. Order by phone and wait outside for it and bring cash. Delicious see the pictures.
