Really fresh ingredients. Grass feed and finished beef. this puts five guys down sorry but you can immediately tell the difference.
Great burger & frys on the go. Walk up order style. Burgers are great, not the homemade thick patties I like but they are tasty. Best for me was the gluten free bun. Hard to find places that cater to gluten free. Better than most fast food burger places.
Originally came here for their gluten free buns, unfortunately they were out. The person behind the counter offered us the bowls as a substitute he even gave us free drinks as an apology for not having the gf buns at the time. Awesome individual, incredibly kind. The burger bowls were phenomenal, also their sweet potato fries with sweet chili sauce on the side. For my first time there, it was still a great experience with great food. Definitely going again, and I couldn’t recommended it more for anyone to try them out. They also offer: chicken, Turkey and black bean burger, if you don’t fancy the beef burgers ??
Good food and allergen friendly.
Tried beef burger they were juicy, hot and delicious. Definitely will try other menu options
Customer service is amazing. The presentation of the food, the speed of service, and the freshness is what makes me give this place a 5. My first time here. The cashier explained to me how to order, was patient with me as I guided my kids with their order, and also thanked us as we were leaving. Definitely coming back.
Grass fed and finished beef patties! Gluten free buns!Top quality and deliciousA must try if you're not a huge fan already.Don't forget a plain pattie for your doggo:D
The Manager is super helpful, friendly, and funny. The burgers and fries are Amazing. Easy to find. And restroom is clean.
Great burgers, great service. Had a double burger with cheddar, mayo, bbq, and jalapeños. The boss fries were good too. Dana is really good at her job: knew the menu very well and was very proficient and helpful. Definitely coming back next time I’m in the area.
My partner and I visited on 12/31/21 for the first time. My first impression of Burger Boss was this place is very clean. I enjoyed the color theme (green) and the simple and memorable logo.As it happens, ordering for the first time was slightly a hassle. Given the unique style of ordering, My partner and I stood in front of the person taking the order (tall Female with dark hair). What was only a few minutes felt like a while since she didn’t initially ask us if this was our first time. This created an awkward sense of pressure to order right away. The order taker seemed somewhat out of her element, diminished eye contact, lackadaisical physical posture, and ambiguous vocal tone which added to the order pressure.Upon receiving our order, I was amazed by the clean presentation of the burger and fries. The bun was open showing the continents and toppings in one side while the meat and cheese on the other side allowing me to add more condiment if needed. On the one hand the burger taste clean and very appetizing. On the other hand it was too big to bite into possibly due to the large cut tomato, onion, and pickles. I’m not sure that’s a good thing. Asking for a knife to cut it in a smaller mouthful was expected. The burger was very dry making it hard to swallow increasing the much needed sip of soda. The soda selection was limited to Pepsi products which almost made me want to reconsider ordering. We seen customer walk out due to no coke products.Aside from our eating experience, conversing with my partner was challenging with the very loud music in an echoing room. We often shouted to hear one another. In addition, it was uncomfortable when attempting to converse with my partner about our experience when the cook was taking his lunch break next to us eating a Boss Burger. The facility is small; however, employees eating among customers is not professional. The Buger Boss was an interesting experience. For the price of two double Pattie’s with fries and a drink totaling $37, along with an awkward ordering experience seems too high. I had a better experience at restaurants such as Red Robin or Applebees for a less price. The fact that Burger Boss serves grass fed meet and considered worth it is a tough one to decide.
