ordered bacon guacamole burger right before the foos came the waitress came over and said they didn't have any burger Patty's so I asked for a menu never bought it I got up went to the front desk and got one myself she never came back to take my order bought everyones food then she finally took my order everyone was done eating and still didn't have my food finally I got I will never go back to any Buffalo Wings restaurant again hope you go broke
Horrible service told us our wait time would be 45min-1hr after an hour I went to check on the status of being seated And guess what they EXTENDED our already long wait time to…….they don’t know when a table will be available….. after asking what about all the empty tables I was told they don’t want to over seat their servers by putting to many people in a section……well why are the tables there ??? For decoration?? That’s a staff problem not a customer problem and your making it one…….DO better if it wasn’t for my daughter graduating and me wanting to treat her to a meal out at her favorite place no less I would have left I will not be coming to this location ever again
Probably one of the worst BWW experiences ever. The food was literally burnt to a crisp. I initially complained because the onion rings had been overcooked to the point where they tasted like smoke. Then came the wings. Out of the 20 wings ordered more than half were over cooked and burned. they were burned so bad the inside of the chicken bone was black and charred. If the restaurant tries to say i lied I will post pictures of the terrible food they gave me
Soo cool and lot of fun with nice experience
We ordered a total of 40 wings to go. These are the size of popcorn chicken!!! That’s 10 pieces in the bowl. That’s a small fork. And those aren’t very long fries. The fries were so stale I just threw those away and ate my 12 dollar popcorn chicken with rice. I was so excited, but let down soooo bad.
Worst experience. Took an hour and a half to be seated and get my food. By the time I got my food I asked for to go since we had to leave. Got home and I had food missing. Called several times to talk to the manager but never got anyone one the line.
My first time there. I order the $12 lunch special, wow, it was filling but the rootbeer was flat, so I took lemonade. Also, food wasn't hot, just warm by the time I got to my fourth wing it was cold. But, I will definately come back and give it another go. I will say they were extremely busy with to go orders.
They say me down fast and didn't take long for me to place an order for food. The waitress was nice and there was no problems at all.
Server was horrible, wings and fries were cold as if they came out of the fridge, manager (Tommy) was degrading and wanted to argue. Not professional at all here. We used to come and always have great service. And they're are good servers here. Just not the one we had nor the manager Tommy. Won't come back until different manager.
