Been coming here for years. Always make my drinks spot on! Their chai frappe is amazing! I also add some coffee jelly :)
The boba is ok like average but the employees are very rude I asked the lady that was working there for some napkins and she gave me attitude and asked why do need napkins for so I just left immediately
Prices on the board don't reflect what they actually charge when I asked if they overcharged me the guy working there didn't know how to answer.
We always love Boba Loca. We've been customers for years. Carol and her family are so kind. We always enjoy our drinks.

Ordered a Thai tea with boba.. boba was hard and tea was not tasty.. :(

Bad service. There was an order sitting behind the counter since before I ordered, then after 15 minutes of waiting the man (which I assume is the owner) handed me one of the old drinks that someone obviously didn’t show up for. The ice was already melted and the drink was watered down and flavorless. I told him it had been sitting there for a long time and I didn’t want to take it, but he shoved it in front of me, blew me off and moved on to the next customer. I just left because I didn’t want to make a scene in front of the other people that were in there. I made the mistake of tipping at the time of order, won’t be doing that again.
My Kids love this place.. always super clean, great selection of Frappes and you can always get Xtra Boba for free just ask!?
Great shop with great tasting drinks. The Classic Milk Tea with boba is fantastic. A definite must try.
