Honestly I love coming here but today the customer service wasn’t all that great. I know we all have bad days, but you should at least share a smile instead of rolling your eyes at the customer. The drink was great but poor service.
I had Signature Milk Tea with Crystal Boba. Pretty fast, not long to wait.
Usually I go there and have a great experience.Today I went there and a taller gentleman was not wearing a mask or gloves while preparing customer drinks. But the other two girls working with him were. (He was also breathing all over with his mouth hanging open.)I watched him prepare my drink and then put the lid on my drink with his bare hand (directly where you drink out of)I asked very nicely if he could replace the lid with a fresh one with a gloved hand. And he acted shocked.Normally this wouldn’t bother me- but in a pandemic, right after masks are required again in indoor spaces??? Yeah, I’d like the person preparing my food to wear a mask…..
Good customer service, quick serving time, and the drink was delicious. Would 10/10 recommend, new favorite boba place, coming from a boba connoisseur.

Found this little gem upstairs at Tyler Mall, this boba place is to die for!!! The cheese foam is sooooooo delicious. I’ll be a returning customer for life. #BestBobaInRiverside
