Pizza was good, but they got my order wrong and I only got a very small amount of toppings

Wrong crust. I ordered a keto crust and was not given one. Whenever I go to blaze, I always get the keto crust and am usually happy with it. I believe the crust I was given was a gf crust, because it doesn’t taste or have the same texture as the keto. They screw up and I now have nothing to eat. If I lived down the street, no problem, but I live 15 min away and with gas prices being crazy, I shouldn’t have to waste 30 min and $5-6 in gas to correct their mistake.
Staff is really nice but lines are generally long at this location for dinner rush so if in a hurry best choose another place. Still had a pleasant experience and my order is always what I expect it to be

Pizza was delicious ?, staff on the other hand needs some work. Attitude from one about boxes. No one asked me if it was fir here or togo. But I ordered pizza and drinks and sat down with my family. So you would think we were eating there. They called our name to pick up our pizza. As I grab them I'm told, if I'm eating here to not put the pizza box in the trash. I said sure where should we put them . She says ughh you take them with you.??? Excuse me ...I'm sorry why would you box them, I'm eating here. EYE ROLL. Gosh how rude. I swear good customer service these days is hard to find.
Waste of money the employees don't know how to make pizzas and and my pizza was burnt from bottom. Never again.

Trash. This place has really gone downhill bad. I was there for 40 minutes. Computers were freezing, making everything take longer. Finally get our pizza and they forgot to make the cheese bread. So now we have to wait while our pizza got cold. We weren’t the only ones having problems, it was also people before and after us. We finally get home and notice the pizza is burnt and the crust is really hard. One of the pizzas was only cut into 4. Needles to say it would’ve been faster and cheaper to order dominos.
This blaze is horrible! Three times we have had issues and waited over an hour for food ordered through the online app! They are always out of paper for those orders so you will go in and your food won’t be done or even started not so they have a clue you ordered. When you see the paper getting low change it!!!! Instead of trying to fix it they put you at The back of the line so now the pizza you waited 30 mins and ordered online early is an hour plus and you have to wait there. For the inconvenience they offer you a drink . Never again will I order from this particular one. There excuse is the employees are young and new so whoever is old and been there needs to do a better job. Too bad cause the pizza is amazing when they actually get the order right abs the food finally to you.
