Love their pizza and I got free desert. The family always enjoys make their pizza how they like it. Enjoy every time.
Place was busy so that may have contributed to the poor experience. Felt rushed as soon as we began to order, toppings were mostly pulled on the center instead of spread around the pizza. Taste of pizzas were fine. One staff member was trying to unclog the ice dispenser and the fountain drink area, she was unable to do so and called a manager over. Manager put his hands(with no gloves) directly into the ice machine to try and dislodge, he was successful but this was pretty unsanitary.
If you know what you like on your pizza this place is the best. They will put as many toppings as you want (reasonably). My only complaint is they are out of alot of toppings some times. So go early.
For business to receive 41/2-5 stars the dinning experience needs to be on point. The crew working behind the counter were working fast pace and working together ?? The glass was dirty ? the food looked good but some food was still frozen with ice in there ? check out process ok the guy waiting on us didn’t hear someone in our party say he was going to take one of those delicious looking brownies or ignored him altogether as he was doing something behind the counter ?. The order was recived semi quickly ?? No plates for sharing no problem? The food was delicious . Dear Blaze Co. you really need to ask restaurant mgrs maniging these restaurants to adjust temperature in restaurant for you paying guest this restaurant was beyond cold to the point I was shaking while trying to enjoy my meal because my drink had ice in the cup iand my food got to cold real fast because of the hight temperature there really needs to be a balance I still had a chill after I left that restaurant ? this location definitely deserve 5 point review because the pizza is good but until they address the A/C and the ice in the food trays and keep glass clean I find it had to give 5 stars . And they should be wearing mask as they are talking and spit comes out of out mouth as we talk and especially they are talking right over all the food ???
Great pizza, however we wanted to sit inside and eat but it was too cold. It literally felt like Antarctica, it was so cold... we even had on sweaters and some had on jackets and it was still freezing cold. We ended up having to sit outside
I'm sorry to MOD pizza, I'm officially a huge fan of Blaze Pizza! The workers are much friendlier here and the pizza quality is freaking delicious. I got pesto on the crust and pesto drizzle on the end. My mouth is watering. This will be a treat to myself every week from now on!
I really really love blaze pizza its one of my favoritesHowever there customer service sucks i went there yesterday at 3pm and this guy with glasses was rude like dude if you dont like working there just leave or go to school. I never seen that blaze so unorganized one person is making pizza and working the register the guy using the oven was working the register getting CASH and grabbing the pizza without gloves he didnt even wash his handsHope they do better
Man, I am such a nice person but there's so many rude and ornery people working here. Some are really nice but I never want to go back. As someone with ASD, this place was a nightmare. The layout is awful and I don't have the energy to really give more details.Like, I get not liking work but, that doesn't mean I'm rude to others.My office is also having these problems and will probably never order our office lunches from here again. Great service and speed. The seasonal butternut squash pizza was great, really sweet, but a new flavor I've never had on a pizza.
Love the pizza but was caught off guard with the service. We ordered our pizza to go, but decided to stay and eat. We received our pizza in boxes. While sitting and eating our pizza the server came up to us and asked us to next time let them know we are eating inside because they are limited on boxes. I had to explain to her that we changed our mind. Felt really bothered and offended
