I came out to Bao Culture for the first time.. I was honestly very surprised and satisfied by the quality.. great quality and great tasting food with a great variety of drinks, teas, boba, and smoothies. The beef udon and popcorn chicken was really good.. near UCR, shopping, and the freeway.. and this place actually has parking outside the location which is a plus in this plaza.. ohh yess and the Thai tea with boba and without was very good.. thanks

Today was the first time I tried this place since I saw it was new and I can say that the food was delicious. I had their beef noodle soup and it was the best thing ever. The shiumai ( sorry for spelling) was great and their teas were refreshing. Good service over all and good times!!!

This place was a bit disappointing when I bit into the bun I was expecting flavor and sauce and meat but all I felt was an empty void with a tiny piece of pork.To have a name as Val culture and not create a really good pork bun was disappointing.

Delicious dumplings! The beef dumplings were amazing! Tea was nice, tried the passion fruit tea. Food came out quickly after ordering. Can't wait to come again.

Decent dim sum near UCR.

Decent prices for buns and XiaoLongBao. They were generous with the pickled veggie side order. Will look forward to trying their braised beef noodles soon

This place is so good! Great bang for you buck! The staff is so friendly and were very attentive. Would recommend 10/10

The food was pretty good. The quantity was very good. I would have preferred more main dish options on the menu!

So me and my friend decided to try this place after looking for new food around university village. We sat down and ordered and waited a little bit for what seemed like microwaved dumplings. It was only me and my friend and somehow for both of us to eat it was over $70 and when we paid they refused to give us a receipt because they “ran out of paper” even with the amount of food we ordered it definitely would not have come out to that much. I’m guessing they automatically put a tip for themselves which is shady considering they barely came to check on us or even give us the waters we ordered with our food.

Nothing Fresh Here.... Popcorn chicken bowl has stale chicken, all dark meat, and was served with cold broccoli.Bao - I ordered the veggie but got pork and shrimp. I gave it a try anyway... the pork is mushy and you get one tiny shrimp in the bao.Dumplings - I ordered beef and carrots and I don't know what I got but tried them anyway.Dumplings and Bao are not served in a steam box. They are served on a cold plate. Because they are not fresh they get cold in a few minutes.Shrimp: Tempura is also not fresh. There were not allot of customers... so not sure why our food was cold.I explained this when paying my check, the cashier did apologize and looked at my check and confirmed my order and was incorrect... she didn't say anything else. So I just paid my $48 and did my best to support local businesses and went on my way.
