I called 8 different caterers in search of a caterer who could do a plated dinner (with servers) for a fundraiser banquet for our nonprofit. All but one, didn't have the staff to do it. One caterer suggested that I use them and enlist my own volunteers to serve. Then I found Ashley Catering. Not only did they have the staff to do a plated dinner for 150 guests, they had an awesome dinner selection! We gave our guests the option to have either Garlic-crusted Tri-tip, Rosemary Chicken, or Ricotta stuffed Manicotti. All of the food choices were excellent. Everyone was pleased and highly praised the food and professional service - no complaints! My wife and I were so busy hosting that we didn't get to eat at the event. Philip, the coordinator, saw this and made us to-go plates with a sample of all three meal options! We ate as soon as we got home and the food, even later, was outstanding!They also provided, and set up, all of the table linens. The decor was outstanding and the table settings were on point.I couldn't have asked for better service or for a better outcome... the catering really made our event stand out.I highly recommend Ashley Catering for your catering needs!
The service and food was impeccable. The caterers were on time, very attentive, and brought everything they said they would. Philip called to check in before the event to verify the details. Everyone loved the food, the appetizers were a hit. Made our event stress free and the presentation was lovely.
I was so stressed out planning a celebration of life in a short amount of time for 75 friends and family then I spoke with phillip at Ashley Catering. He took all the pressure off, hes so calming and accomadating. Then there came the food. Lets just say I had full blooded Italian family members coming up to me telling how awesome the Italian food was that Ashley catering had provided. I was soooo relieved. My wife and I had Ashley’s catering service for our Baby shower for our son Santiago and they rocked! That food was delicious! Even the baby was kicking from joy! The service you provided was great. Everyone was raving about the BBQ ribs and salad. I personally loved it all. We got no complaints whatsoever. We recommend them!! Thank you for delivering on a timely manner we appreciate you taking care of us and we will definitely go with your catering services in the future. From my initial interaction with Phil, the chef at Ashley Catering, he was professional, considerate of my budget, and easy to communicate with. Whether via email or text, Phil was responsive the same day. On the day of, I asked if he could set up about 30 min early and he was able to make it happen! Due to the small size of my event, I opted for set up service only and it was done very well with nice chafing dishes, serving utensils, and platters. Of course, he also provided ample plates and silverware. The food was delicious! I received many compliments and positive remarks about the food quality. There was a very generous portion of food provided and we didn’t run out of anything. Our guests ranged from 9-90 and they all loved it. 10/10 would recommend!
Before Covid happened we had planned a big wedding and Phillip the owner of Ashley Cater seem like a great fit. Once Covid happened Philip Hannah did not have any sympathy or concern for me and my husband due to the fact we cannot have our wedding and he would not do a refund. His only concern was for himself, “ I have to do what’s best for me,” he said. We had no choice but to cancel due to safety and our laws. We really were hoping that Philip would compromise in some way. He has all of our money and has not done any services nor been in contact with me in the last seven months. So beware because he may not accommodate you the way you think. I’m so disappointed in this whole experience. We have all been through so much, you would think that there would be more understanding.
We booked Ashley Catering for our wedding over a year ago. Because of Gathering restrictions related to COVID our venue canceled our wedding. I reached out to Philip about a refund and never received a returned call. I emailed him requesting a refund and got a generic response stating he has a no refund policy but he would honor a 6 month credit. At this point I’m not interested in a credit. We have no time frame of when to expect things to return to normal. We don’t even have a venue at this point. I can not dispute this with the bank as the payments were made more than 60 days ago. SHAME ON YOU for taking our money- you did nothing to prepare for our wedding. There was no food bought! You can’t even hold another even on that day if you wanted to! This situation is completely out of our control.Do Not Use This Company!

We are going thru a pandemic with Covid 19. The right thing to do would be to refund those whom had to cancel their events due to the governor's orders. You have not had to purchase the food or pay staff to serve. What gives you the right to keep a deposit when this is a situation out of someones hand?
