I had not been to this restaurant for quite a while due to a less than spectacular experience. But, this time it was exceptional. New management and attitude?? Service was best I've had at Arby's, food, French dip, was delicious and hot. Crinkle fries were just like I like them - crispy outside, tender inside and hot during my whole meal! Orange shake was my downfall for my "diet." Don't tell my Dr.! ? I'll be back for more!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I haven’t been to Arby’s in forever & decided to go today. Everything I ordered was cold. Including a fish sandwich. They messed up my order on top everything else. Waste of $30 I’ll be going elsewhere & wont be coming back.
My rubean was just not good as they used to be and I would know, I eat here once a week or used to. The meat was undercooked and the sauce didn't taste right at all. Kinda turned me off from the place for a while. I've noticed fast food in Riverside has really been bad lately.
Today I got the classic beef & cheddar meal with curly fries and a drink. Also ordered a side of sharp white cheddar mac n cheese. It was all delicious. The sandwich was hot and the cheese sauce is very tasty and much better than a slice of cheese. I especially enjoyed the toasted onion bun, so nice and soft. The fries were 4 out of 5, tasty but slightly chewy for some reason. The mac was really delicious! It was creamy and rich with tons of flavor and bite from the sharp cheddar. The pasta itself had a nice chew "aldente" (not overdone and mushy like most fast food Mac n cheese). Although it was more than I would like to spend on a quick lunch, I would order this again anytime. I'm actually looking forward to going back to Arby's and trying some more things on the menu. ? P.S. the ranch was very good also they keep it in the refrigerator so it is nice and cold (nothing worse than hot ranch dressing) and it has excellent flavor ??? Also I've included a photo of my receipt to give an idea on prices.
I went to my local arbys for the Diablo burger that they are advertising. the young women helping me just stared at me blankly then said we dont have that here. I tried to order some chicken and she tried to tell me a price double what the board said. he answer. that is what we have. the manager had to show her that I could buy just chicken. I asked the manager if they would get the diablo burger in the future and her answer was if we get it we get. it is very obvious that this location could care less about who they help. I ended up leaving. every question or comment I had was rudely answered. I went next door to McDonald's
I just ordered from here- I work across the street for DPSS so my lunch is only 30mins. I'm sitting down at my desk, open the salad and it's all old and brown- the shredded cheese is all gooey and gross looking. Worse part is I can't take it back because I'm working! They shouldn't serve this to any customer.
Arby's has always been a good place to eat . Good food decent prices and good costumer service. Every place has it's up and downs . I actually love this one my neighborhood Arby's . Love it so much I even worked there back about 20 years ago. Like I said everywhere has downs . And it went up again . Wasn't my Fault ?.just jk lol.Say hi to Earnest when you go . Tell him Big Red from 20 years ago . (If he doesn't know. Remind him I wear a prosthetic I have to still remind him myself lol) Hes got to be the best store manager around ? and he runs the best Arby's in town!!!
They have good food. The dining room is relatively clean. Their card system was down and they were only able to accept cash. This resulted in long lines as the same register was being used for the drive thru and ding room.
Ordered classics sandwiches and a gyro for a family. Fair amount of meat in the sandwich, and good flavor. They do not have potato cakes any longer...big bummer. Average wait in drive-thru, not quick, but not excessively long.
