Ive been coming here for years but I’ve been having bad service the past 6 months , the food is great , it took my waitress like 10 mins to give us a refill by then we were done with our food , not once did she stopped to ask if we needed anything , we had to called her , when they brought me my steak they didn’t even give me utensils I had to ask for them 5 min later , I think they need to do better with the customers .
This is the second time dining here in the last two weeks. The first time I had to have my sandwich sent back due to being too cold. Came back hot but the bacon was super chewy after. Second time coming which is where these photos came from it started with a Sierra Mist that was flat. Then the hot wings were dry and didn't have sauce all over it. All food was cold i forced the sandwich down. Ate a 1/4 of the fries and couldn't eat more then a wing. My girlfriends pasta was cold and you could see the sauce hardening in the pictures. I had them remake hers being the gentleman I am, it came back with chicken bits when she originally ordered no chicken. Lastly the alcoholic beverage she purchased was wrong as well. They fixed that and sadly the bar drinks were the only positive experience. The manager did remedy the experience by not charging for the food and the waitress was nice. However, the experience led me to write this. The bill was paid but the night was still ruined.
We went for her birthday and she got her food but it took them three times to make my food ask for a well done steak in the steak with bloody. Then I sent the food back and I said just give me a cheeseburger and fries make sure it's well done no onions cuz back and it was worse than the steak. So I went for a third time and the manager promise you can make it within 3 to 5 minutes so I gave him one last try. The cheeseburger tastes great but now the fries were cold. And the thing was we didn't even get a discount off of our bill nor did we even get to sing her happy birthday goodbye this time she just wanted to go home
This place is good! The wait staff are friendly and very attentive. I take my kids there at least once a week and our glasses are never empty. They even remember what we order!
Such good food & drinks best time to go is 3p.m. for happy hour service is great and so relaxing love going there
They have very friendly waiters. I enjoyed my steak. The meal was tasty and restaurant was neat. I also enjoyed my drinks. The washroom was also very neat. Generally, I think their meals are affordable.
Stay away from takeout if you can. I asked for a side of mashed potatoes & broccoli. Instead, I got mashed potatoes & a lot of french fries. The food was cold, only the mashed potatoes were hot. Dine in is usually a better experience.
The waiters were so fast and efficiant! Helped us right away,and kept checking up on us often,see if we were doing good,how was the food,anything else to drink,etc, and ide ask what they recommended with my gluten intolerance and were very knowledgeable! The grilled chicken & potatoe and greens were delicious! Great portions too! And love the plate its always sizzling when they bring it over! Soo delicious! Yuuum! And smiling and helpful the whole time! ?✌️we made a couple of jokes and we were all laughing! It was very down to earth and made us feel at home! We always come here! Were always greated with a smile & welcome!?
The service was excellent and so was the food I really enjoyed myself thank you applebee's.
2nd time there in the last 2 months. Newer to riverside and didn't even know they we're there. Anyhow both visits we sat at bar and had great service and food. Once on a Monday night and once on a Tuesday. Kudos to our bar person and cooks. ?
