I love this store and love and appreciate the staff! It’s always a learning experience when I visit. I am not a Richmond local but will drive there to get my supplements. The staff is helpful and they listen. That is so important when I’m trying to take better care of myself and my family. They also do a wonderful customer appreciation event when Covid is not making them postpone it to keep customers and staff safe. I really to enjoy visiting this little corner gem!

I went in there with no information told Maria what I needed and she led me to it gave me plenty of helpful information very friendly excellent customer service I wasn’t sure about any of it she told me everything I needed to know about the process and was very friendly and professional people like her make you want to return and keep coming back thank you Maria and the cashier for your excellent customer service

Good selection of health food products, but no produce.Also, I purchased yeast that was bad from them recently, and they would not let me return it or exchange, which I thought was pretty bad policy. Careful of the bulk section I guess.
