One of the best tacos in Richmond. My favorite are cabeza, cueritos, and suadero with green salsa. Make sure you ask for a grill cebollita.
Hardly any meat on the three small tacos. (Three bites to eat each!) Still the spiciness of the carne asada and carnitas was tasty. With canned Sprite, the cost for the tacos was ten bucks.
Tasty little no-frills taco stand in central Richmond not too far from BART/Amtrak; would recommend
Best Tacos ever ❤️
Some of the best tacos I've had in Richmond. Tortillas are fresh and made in house, meet was perfectly seasoned, not to salty.Only down side was that there was a long line, but if you're down to wait, these are soooo worth it
Mouth watering ?
Best tacos ever
Went here frequently before the pandemic and was a returning customer but to my surprise I ordered a Super Chicken Burrito and it was close to disgusting. I don’t know if they changed management/owners but the food was NOT as usual. My super burrito included chicken, beans, rice only which I’m pretty sure is a regular but I paid super burrito prices.Off to find our NEW go to Latin food spot as they lost my business.
Food is really good I always stop by highly recommend...
NOTE: El Paisa in Oakland, and this place, are neck to neck in the east bay taco competition. The best suadero and carnitas tacos I've had East Bay, hands down, sometimes even better than El Paisa in East Oakland and I never ever thought I would say that. The old Guy running this place knows how to work a Comal (Choricera/Fritanga)I'm still reeling from the implications. Was told that the neighborhood's a little rough which is fine with me, I'd advise out-of-towners To come in the afternoon though. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Taco heavenUPDATE: One week later, and I've had tacos there five more times and each time it just got BETTER.UPDATE: after three months eating there, I realize they have hit-or-miss days.
