One person behind counter with 3 persons waiting. Other person was taking her sweet time finding a prepackaged salad inside Safeway then she had to take a chair for some Safeway customer.
Up there with some of the better starbucks i guess. pretty straightforward starbucks experience. If you've never been and you like coffee and sweet coffee drinks. Other drinks and quick bites .its not the cheapest but do you really want it to be?
Bad customer service, they got my order wrong do to them being loud on the background, they where rude and when I was going to tell them that they had my order wrong they close the window. To the person in charge of this location please do leave juvenile alone they where not doing there job they sounded like they where having a party.
The sign outside the door states to go to the side door for Mobil orders, the side door in TINY PRINT says they aren't opening the cafe and I have to use the drive thru. The drive thru is a legit nightmare and takes forever so by doing tgis toy completely took the convenience out and added an extra 10 minutes to my time. While the staff was polite they didn't have my entire order together and told me I didn't order something. When I showed them my app , the missing item was the first one ordered and they did have it. Again the staff was polite and I get that we are still in a pandemic but your signage should be BETTER, BIGGER and conveniently placed to assist your vustomer. I hope this changes as this is usually my favorite location but not today!
This season it's been impossible to get Hot Spiced Apple Cider at several of the Starbucks. Either they are out of 1, 2 or all of the ingredients. If it's 3pm or after you can forget it! Such a buzz kill when you have a shopping tradition ?❄️☕
Been coming here for a while already, and never got customer service as bad as today, the girl was just rude, and messed up our order, so we had to wait about 20 min more to get our missed coffee. Hope we don’t get to see her anymore here because this is one of our favorite spots how do you confuse the name Edith for Peter?? So we waited for missed coffee for a long time and no wonder!!
This location is absolutely awful. Not the service but the inconveniences of the hours constantly changing, inconsistency of the mobile app working and sometimes not working at the location to order ahead. I havent had this issue with other locations that I frequently use, so not sure why here.
I ordered a peppermint white chocolate frappe and this is what they gave me I complained and ask them to make the white chocolate frappe I did not want a cup a frappe with peppermint they took it back and gave me the same drink back with the same sticker all they did was add whip cream to the top with no peppermint this taste disgusting. I also ordered a venti oatmeal shake and espresso and they gave me. Grande
