This store have inexperience workers.I gave the cashier $20.30, my meal cost $10.31,she gave me $9.70.She was suppose to give me $10.00. Some one needs to teach their staff.

This McDonald's drive is thru is probably better at customer service than the el sobrante McDonald's. El sobrante just sucks in general drive thru and staff they act like they don't want to work. My experience at the hilltop McDonald's was good fast and the cashier and the person delivering my food were both friendly. Actually this McDonald's has 2drive thru's and that is a good thing. I will shop at this one from now on

I usually go here only when I door dash. Its pretty fast though. I havent been inside yet only through the drive thru.
Fast food at its most mediocre hamburger was overcooked reasonably quick
This location does not deliver on the fries. Several times ordered a large fry only to receive a large sized container but only filled 1/2 way. Thought it was a fluke at first, but it's happened repeatedly. It seems staff is being trained to not give alot of French fries ? If I'm paying for a large size, that's what I should receive! Won't go back to this location, I may try other locations or other fast food restaurants all together. Golden arches not so Golden here ?
Very friendly and attentive staff, wish all McDonald's hired this professional workers.
You can't dine inside, which other restaurants in the same surrounding area are allowing customers to dine inside with proof of covid card. I asked a employee there why is McDonald's not allowing customers to dine inside he said I don't know.
Good when you go there. When you order thru services, lacking could be cold or missing items. Can't do specials online.
