Allergen sensitive folks beware. I have a gluten & dairy sensitivity. After my friends and I had ordered chips & guacamole & were munching away, I was told all the corn tortillas & chips might have wheat. Though they weren't sure. I ordered veggie fajitas with no corn tortillas & black beans as I was told that was the safest bet. The veggies were good but when the rice and beans came out the beans had melted cheese all over them. Okay mistakes happen. I asked again for no cheese they took the plate and brought back a new one, as I dug in deeper I discovered quite a bit of melted cheese on the bottom of the plate melting into the beans.Margaritas were good staff was friendly, but nobody is very allergy aware or seems to be very informed.If you don't have any food sensitivities this place might be great for you.
Tonight was the first time we went to Agave Azul and this is our new favorite cantina in the area. The food was outstanding, the restaurant offered a fun and inviting atmosphere, our drinks were delicious and the service was warm, friendly and attentive. We live in Pinole and this is the best spot we have found so far within the surrounding cities, including Los Moles, in my humble opinion.
This is the better version of Chevy‘s only 2 Waers in their fast I went to Chevy‘s before they had eight waiters nobody inside the restaurant and they’re telling people an hour and 45 to sit down these people said sit where you want started to serving right away chips and salsa and water came to the table super fast .. the place was clean and neat .. The plate of food looks good even the plates looks neat food was so so so good
Good food and service! Yhe prices have gone up quite a bit and our party of three was charged 20% gratuity so plan on spending a little more. Overall it was still a nice dining experience
Not sure why there’s a taco truck in front of the restaurant but we stopped in for some desert. The flan seemed a bit “stiff” to me but the warm and filled churros were amazingly. Free parking in the back.

Had a nice and quiet lunch at this eatery.This was my 2nd time.The food was good.The staff came by several times to ask us about the meal.Giving it 4 stars for now and will be returning in the future.Will come a 3rd time to see if the food/service are consistent before I update my review.Looks promising to be one of my favorites in the neighborhood.
Great food and reasonable prices
Food was great. My wife was a bit disappointed in the service. I thought it was fine. I had the 2 chicken enchiladas with green sauce, no beans and extra rice.
The food was very good, the service was excellent. I just wish they would have hand made tortillas. I recommend this restaurant
