They NEVER EVER answer the phone for Togo orders.Would be more stars if they did. Even tried calling them while sitting waiting for my order just to see. I would get it if they were super busy but; Nobody in line, 2 employees chatting, phone ringing... They didn't care. Terrible. My coworkers and I have talked about it several times. We all skip quite often because we always get Togo... And we're just 6 people. I wonder how much business they're actually losing from others as well. Must be nice not to need to make those sales. Food is ok for the price.. a little too expensive.Thanks for replying to my review but I don't think you read it!I ordered in person and called you while I was waiting for my food. The phone rang five times went to voicemail while I watched the employees carry on a personal conversation completely ignoring the phone they were standing right next to. I was standing by the door and could hear it ringing. Nobody in line. It definitely would not have been hard for them to pick up the phone. Like I said earlier in the review, if it was busy I get it. But it wasn't, and it's the same all the time.As for ordering online, I can't do that while I'm driving. That's why I call.
Great people delicious good, and actually open all day long. Though closed weekends, they have a great selection, some vegetarian options and being home the island vibe with the Loco Poco. Will definitely be back and spreading the word

I went to eat with my friends in the morning before school . We got fries and they where insanely good highly recommend . Also the customer service is awesome super friendly and kind . Definitely going there again soon ?

They've got ono grindz here, and make a really good loco moco (I've been on a loco moco crawl recently). Generous portion of beef patty, eggs cooked to order and a delicious brown gravy poured over it all. Sheer comfort food. There was a bit too much rice for me so my dogs got a little extra treat in their bowls. acWith your purchase, you can also get a pass to the Columbia/Mountain Hardwear Employee Store - just remember to ask. Ordered at the door, ready within ten minutes. Covid protocols are in place. While I was waiting in my car for my order, I noticed a lot of essential workers ordering and picking up a hot lunch. In that neck of the woods, there are very few options. So glad they are there.
